The room is SOOOOO small!!! Don’t even have enough space to open one suitcase. And when I did, my boy almost tripped over because of the tiny space. No slippers inside the room. The staffs are not very helpful to arrange for late check out even if I am willing to pay more (except one Caucasian who is willing to help in the end). Won’t recommend for family stay as this is very far from the kids activities.

Providing a coffee machine in the hotel lobby can significantly increase guest satisfaction because most of the people loves the smell of freshly brewed coffee.

A hotel with modern designs, but also it means you need to serve your own. The breakfast arrangement was really disappointing. It turns out to be picking up your own food in a convenience store setting. Also, they issued the QR code for settling bill at the “convenience store” with a receipt paper, which is not easy to keep. What makes me more disappointed is that they refused to reissue the QR code after I accidentally lost it. The designs are great. The location is good. But other than that, the food, the service and the arrangement are really not what I have expected.

I have a certain degree of confidence in the hotels owned by Hoshino Resorts. The level of hygiene, service attitude, and hotel location are all very good. But there is a problem, that is, for some reason, this hotel does not provide basic supplies such as water and slippers.

You can see the Skytree and Sensoji Temple from the cafeteria on the top floor. The location is quite convenient and good. It’s a short walk away from the bustling drug store and shopping. It’s very convenient in all aspects. The room is the type we like, and there are also convenience stores nearby. There are a lot of delicious things. It is the most satisfying hotel in Japan so far.

It was new, clean, and had a Japanese-style interior, so it was refreshing. Luggage was stored well before check-in. The staff also tried to be friendly.

If possible, it's next to Sensoji Temple. Also very close to the station. You can also see the Skytree from their rooftop.

Very Good

Advantages: The room is clean and the environment is quiet. There are free drinks on the top floor at night. The Tokyo Tower can be seen from the room. There are foreign staff at the counter. Disadvantages: The price is expensive. The room is small. The shower area has a transparent door. There is no other door separation. No drinking water is provided. I don’t know if the light at the door is bolted. I can’t find the lamp. But I didn’t ask the staff.

The location is very good, the subway is less than 5 minutes from the hotel, and Sensoji Temple can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

The hotel charges per person. I booked a twin room in my own name. When I checked in with two people, they charged me half of the fee. They didn't let me check in before 3 o'clock. It's not very humane. The room is very small. There are no toiletries, not even mineral water. There are white hairs left by guests on the carpet. The experience is very bad. It feels the worst among several hotels I have stayed in in Japan. I don't recommend it.

A very perfect experience. The room is small, but the public area is great. The breakfast in the morning is self-service and unattended. It tastes very good. I especially like the rooftop in the public area, which has a very good view on both sides. A panoramic view of Sensoji Temple. The Tokyo Skytree is also good.

After checking in, we were guided to a nearby low-cost parking lot 🅿️. This helped me because I had a hard time understanding the parking lot fees as they varied widely.

Maybe it is defined as a hotel for urban tourism, but what I actually feel is that it is hard to imagine that many basic services are omitted, and all requests are rejected uniformly. On February 19, I returned to Asakusa from Hakone and checked in at about 14:30. I asked if I could go to the public space on the 13th floor to enjoy the unique design experience of OMO3, but I was still refused. I waited until 15:00 to check in with the touch screen. It’s not very clear. There are so many good hotels in Tokyo, why should I arrange to stay at OMO3 Asakusa? This should make the hotel management think about it!

This hotel is really the worst place I have ever stayed in Tokyo. First of all, the room is very small, and everything is self-service. I was mentally prepared for this, but the front desk didn't tell you when I checked in. There was no phone in the room when I used it, so I had to go back and forth to find them. In addition, the room was very humid, and the sheets and duvet covers were not new or clean. I can't say that it was not very comfortable to sleep on. I asked their staff to change the quilt, but he came over with a quilt cover to change it, and he couldn't ask for it. God knows how embarrassed I was, waiting for him to put the quilt cover on in such a small place, and he couldn't put it on well. Even the front desk was also a waiter. I paid 2000 Stay here for one night? In the end, I booked a double room. Because I forgot to change the number of people when I placed the order, the front desk refused to change my order. I didn’t mean to say that I wanted to get it for free, because the price for one person and two people on Ctrip is the same. But the hotel is disgusting and unwilling to agree to the change request sent by the Ctrip platform. In the end, I booked an extra room, haha, one adult and one child, two rooms. Then I asked if I could give the other room to someone else, and he actually said yes. When I went to Japan, I stayed at Sheraton and Mitsui. In the same situation, the hotel told me to choose two hotels next time when I book a room. They communicated very well and did not try to embarrass you. Because I booked a twin room. I now know that in Japan you have to book a room per person, but the situation I am talking about is when you choose 1 person and 1 adult and 1 child at the same price. Anyway, I will never go to this hotel again. Oh, by the way, it said that you can see the night view of Sensoji Temple, but the one I booked didn’t have it anyway.
