I love this hotel in tokyo, we kept coming back here. Super convenient , love the cocktail session!

Simple breakfast but ok to start a day before a real one Room size is acceptable in Tokyo city as I can place 1 big & 1 mid suitcase Good to have a LG dryer in room, especially I travel during rainy days Location is good as between 2 subway lines, but the closer one doesn’t have elevator If no other travel preference I will come again

Overall a nice hotel, but room size and breakfast very limited. Location is near station and family mart.

I had a wonderful stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The location is extremely strategic, perfectly situated in Ginza with easy access to metro stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and main attractions, making it ideal both for business and leisure travelers. The room cleanliness was absolutely outstanding, truly above expectations. Everything was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is incredibly quiet, allowing for deep and restful sleep after busy days in the city. A lovely added touch is the complimentary tea time offered daily, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is also conveniently available every morning in the lobby, making the stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Efficient, modern, clean, and perfectly located, this hotel offers excellent value in the heart of Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location! There are lots of convenience stores nearby, which is really convenient.

The hotel is really close to the Yurakacho station but not so close to Hibiya station. And connecting from Tokyo Station likes Hibiya better so having luggage takes a longer route but doable. The rooms are spacious for Tokyo and the bathroom also allows more elbow room than most. The laundry dryer is better here than most other hotels. Costs 200Y per 20 min of drying. Overall pretty nice stay in a quiet part of Tokyo.

For few days great, rooms a smalltalk, but the location is good, Subway 50m far away, check in easyJet and Fanny, breakfast smalltalk, but you get drinks for free

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Ginza shopping district, and it’s also convenient to take train to other attractions. We booked a deluxe twin room with two single beds and a sofa bed that was already made up. The room was quite small and couldn’t really fit the luggage of three people, but since we only stayed for one night, it was manageable. The breakfast was simple but tasty. There were complimentary afternoon tea snacks, and free cocktails were served in the evening. Overall, it was good.

Had a great 2 nights stay here! Room was small but we managed with 4 luggages and 3 person. Room was clean, bed and pillow were good. Another thing that made me choose this hotel was because of the LG styler, my husband really liked it and now he only wanted to stay at Henn na hotel 😝. Great service from the team as well and loved the simple breakfast (scrambled egg, cereal, small pastries, potato salad, yogurt) and selection of teas! And location just a 10-15 minutes from heart of Ginza!! Would love to come back and stay here!

About the same as any other 3 star hotel in this area. The ‘robot’ check in experience was inconsistent as it was not always working. It’s really more of a self check in anyway. Staff are few but friendly. Room was functional.

Good location and transportation is extermely convenient. There are few metro station nearby the hotel.

Stayed at Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza and super okay siya! Ang linis ng rooms—super impressed talaga. Convenient din yung location, malapit sa subway so easy to go around Tokyo. Unique din kasi robot yung check-in 😂 mabilis and hassle-free, pero medyo kulang sa human interaction. May free snacks and drinks din which is a nice touch. Small lang yung room (typical Japan), and wala ding free water bottles. But overall, sulit siya for the price and experience!

The hotel was ina good area, close to transit and some restaurants. It is a robot hotel so there are no desk clerks. Breakfast was included as well as drinks all day, laundry and snacks. Alcoholic drinks were available in the afternoon for no charge. It was a good place to stay.
