Bulgari Hotel Tokyo
4.9/517 Reviews
Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi/Akihabara/Kinshicho
This newly opened Bulgari Hotel still has a lot of problems: 1 If you don’t drive in, you have to go through a shopping mall every time, and it’s impossible to take a taxi all the time when you go out. Every time you come back, you have to go through the back door. 2 There is basically no service at all. When checking in, it said that non-alcoholic drinks are free, but the actual checkout juice is 2,500 yen a bottle, which feels very bad. 3 With the price of 1w8rmb, you can live in a hotel with better location and service in ginza, and there are also a bunch of Japanese people complaining about it in Google reviews. 4 The concierge department of this hotel booked restaurants almost a month in advance, and only one can be booked after giving a list of more than a dozen restaurants. The hotel has almost no strength in this regard.
The Tokyo Edition, Ginza

My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

My son, who attends a university in the Kanto region, and my family of three used this Royal Park Hotel for sightseeing in Tokyo. I had a very comfortable stay with the unfailing hospitality of a long-established hotel. Directly connected to the station, convenient. The toiletries are L'Occitane and have a nice scent. The toothbrushes and other items are eco-friendly, and the coffee is organic and delicious. If the timing was right, I would have liked to enjoy meals such as the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet. Thank you to everyone at the front desk. I want to use it again.

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. Thank you for a memorable evening

The room is not too big but very clean and modern There is a lot of mineral water in the refrigerator convenient facilities waiter's english is good Service enthusiasm The breakfast is also very good, not too many varieties But everything that should be there is worth choosing The location of the hotel is very convenient. - Hotel condition is new - 7-10min walking distance to anywhere within Ginza - Front Desk / Concierge were not willing to spend time to make Dining Reservations for guests even they were not busy - Housekeeping service was inconsistent, requested to change bedding daily, but at the end, the bedding was not changed every other day neither
