I checked in at 21:00, but the parking lot was wide and free. WIFI was stress-free and comfortable. Although it is cheap, the room is clean and it is a hotel with a passing score. I will repeat when I go on a business trip to Tokushima.

Hotel location is easy to find, there is a restaurant nearby, the room is spacious and comfortable enough, so the character is higher. I like that the hotel has a free massage chair, and you can press it for a while while waiting for drying clothes. There is also a seating area in the lobby, there are many comics, it is worth mentioning that they have many ”World Heritage” books, friends who like to take time to enjoy!

The hotel is just located on the left side of the station. It’s really wonderful. There is also a convenience store located at the ground floor which also makes our lives so much easier.
The room (Hollywood twin) is a large and spacious room that can easily accommodate the opening of 2 large suitcases (28 inch). The bathroom is also generous in space, and we could actually move around freely and change clothes in the toilet for once (as compared to other chain hotels in Japan). It has all the comforts and amenities of a proper graded hotel, but the air conditioning was poor. Opened the windows but still felt a little warm throughout the night.
The other minor “issue” I observed was how they tried to “automate” the check-in which is a failure in my opinion. Automation is to reduce workflow/ manual work required by parties. However in this case, I had to go to the reception desk for them to make copies of our passport and issue a card (to be used at the check-in machine). Thereafter I have to walk to the machine and insert the card, press a bunch of buttons to be issued the room and room key. So from a customer perspective I’m actually troubled twice, because I need to make 2 stops before actually getting my room. So what’s the point of this check-in machine? Fail to see the benefits of it.

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed it. Located across the Tokushima JR station and next to a few shopping areas, it's easily accessible. The hotel car park lot (self-park) is just next to the hotel building and the parking fee is 800yen (3pm to 11noon, just one-time entry) and you can pay the fee at the hotel reception. The room we have is deluxe double, double bed at East Annex. The room is clean and comfortable. Just like other Japanese downtown business hotels, the room is not big but we able to open up two suitcases and still have room to move around. Breakfasts have Western & Japanese choices and we especially love they included local food and cuisine. Public onsen is located at the 11/F and we enjoyed it too. Staff are friendly and speak okay English.

In hotels where guests will come from all over the country, it is often possible to communicate with them by confirming once or twice, but here it is the end of the story to write on paper. A little level. The hotel itself is a good hotel. JR Shikoku operation next to Tokushima Station. Although it feels a little old, the room is large, and even Shikoku is a JR brand. The station is structurally distant, but I wonder if it would be nice to have a bird's-eye view of the railroad tracks from above.

It is close to the station, so it is convenient for travel. In addition, the male staff at the front desk is also gentle and quick. The front desk who forgot to give the breakfast ticket, when I entered the room, there was already a room phone. I noticed that I forgot to give it immediately and contacted me. Breakfast is a Viking, but this is also a female staff who is very careful and cares. The porridge container was thick and could not be opened with bare hands. The staff opened and gave me porridge. The next morning departure was early, ”it is unpleasant that the hotel breakfast cannot be eaten”, and when I was looking for a cheap place for a night stay, this hit. There are also single, double, twin and family rooms, but if you can sleep cheaply, I recommend ”dormitory”. Toilet shower washbasin is shared. ２ staircase beds lined up, Only the space in the bed is my space (there is no doubt if you can imagine the capsule hotel). The price is the weekday before the consecutive holiday of １１ late month I stayed, the dormitory is １ night tax ２, It was ５００ yen (probably the price will fluctuate depending on the time). I think it is a hotel that can be added to one of the choices if you can walk from Tokushima Station １０ minutes and just sleep. And the mineral water free drink (any bottles in a PET bottle) was an unexpected service.

The car navigation will go to the location of the store. It takes a long time to find the lobby. The car is parked in the open air at the entrance of the street. The room has two beds for 400 yen a day. It is clean and comfortable. The lobby is equipped with drinks. It is simple and can be full. This price is great value. There is a noodle king nearby for 10 minutes, you can eat ramen.
