I was politely taught about free bicycles and hot springs.
The room was clean and very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is located next to Tokushima Bizan Park, about a 15-minute drive from the city center. It has free parking, which is very convenient. But on the way up the mountain, pay attention to the path that turns into the hotel, otherwise it is easy to miss it. The room is spacious and is a Japanese-style tatami room, very comfortable. The room is high above the city, overlooking the city of Tokushima, and the night view is very beautiful. Our accommodation included breakfast and dinner, and we dined at the buffet restaurant. The food was very rich and delicious, and there were also many choices for vegetarians. On the night of our check-in, after dinner, we asked the front desk staff to call a taxi for us to go to the Awa Hall to watch the show. The service staff was very considerate and asked the driver to not only take us to the hall, but also wait for us to finish the show before taking us back to the hotel. There is no additional charge for waiting time. It's really a home service, which is very much appreciated. It was also very comfortable to take a bath in the hotel's large public bath at night. The whole stay was very good. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious, especially the bathroom – it was huge! And there was plenty of hot water! The only thing was the numerous steps inside the room. My wife has trouble with her legs, so she had to be extra careful when going to the toilet and bathroom! Location: Very convenient for transport, and even better for supermarkets. I'd suggest the owner redesign the logo. The current sign is too plain; you can barely see it until you're right in front of it!

보통 숙소들이 도쿠시마역 근처라서 대부분 여행객들이 그쪽에서 묵었지만.. 이곳은 그냥 동네가운데 있어서 처음엔 찾아오기 힘드나 몇번 왔다갔다하면 그럭저럭 괜츈.
하지만, 아침조식 조건으로 간건데.. 조식 먹는곳이 숙소가 아닌 다른 숙박업소로 가야한다고해서 당황;;;;;;; ( 그냥 편의점 사와서 때움..)
처음에 한국사람 이라고 했는데 여사장님께서 ”조센” 이라고 하셔서 기분이 나빴으나 그냥 그러러니하고 지나갔네여....
하나 좋은건 에어컨 빵빵!! 엘베O, 일일클리닝s/v 이건 좋더라구요~
주료 인부들이 숙소로 이용하는거 같았어여.
그냥 숙박이 목적이라면 추천합니다.
식사를 원한다면 비추천!!

ASIA BUS CENTERThe historic hotel has been renovated, and the size of the room, the toilet, the wash basin, and the shower (with a small bathtub) are divided, and the remnants of the 1970s are everywhere. It would be good for those who can feel the atmosphere by making a little creaky noise on the floor. There was a feeling of cleanliness, and I didn't feel inconvenience in the amount of hot water in the shower and controlling the temperature. The biggest caution is that the building next door is almost from the window of the room on the 3rd floor, which was passed through, despite the room with a city view. I barely saw the sky. It is an out-of-town room. It's tough, but this is a level that undermines trust. There are several kinds of bread free light breakfast and green gardens, and the frontman at check-out feels good. The surrounding area was a pleasant journey in a calm residential area of mountain .

Last minute decision to attend part of Awa Odori left no choices for any room within walking distance but the Aege. It's very apprehensive approach to checking in. The front desk and common areas are not really worth mentioning. However the room (triple share) on floor 4 was surprisingly very neat, clean, albeit few minor wall papers came off. It has multiple windows (something guests often pay a lot more for rooms across Japan & many Asian countries), the largest window that one can walk out onto an underused balcony to a lovely riverview. It's approximately 1.3kms walk to the Sansan Aihabama platforms for reserved Awa Odori as well as many free events throughout this festival. I felt safe as a solo female walking back late at night. It has good potential if maintenance or an upgrade to tidy up and allow the proper riverviews for those rooms. There are rooms with tatamis.
