It’s good niegbourhood but they do have big noisy bar next to hotel until 11 pm. That’s not good and breakfast extra

Easy and friendly check in. Entrance was smelling like cigarette smoke and the hotel room we were in smelled like cigarettes as well. There was even an ashtray so it was a hotel room meant for smokers, which we were not. Room was spacious with big terras and nice views. We had a kitchen which had zero amenities. So no use at all just a facade.

The suites are located near Tokat city center in an open area, no tall buildings in the surrounding, thus air flow is perfect in the suites. Suites are spacious and clean, but there are no kitchenette available.
Staff are polite and helpful, they accept pets for extra charges for cleaning. Parking is available on site.
The business offers in room breakfast, charges are 45 TL for each person, but honestly the breakfast is moderate and could be better. You can also order meals from the hotels' menu to be delivered to your room, prices are reasonable and taste is fine.

İnternet yorumlarına güvenerek ailemle geldik.. çarşaflar ve yastık yüzleri yıkanmamıştı başkasının ten kokusu vardı biz kendi getirdiğimiz çarşafları yüzleri kullandık, odalar tozlu kirliydi tuvalet b.k orda bırakılmıştı, duşlarda aynı şekilde. İlk girişte sigara kokusuyla boğuluyorsunuz, ailece kalınacak bir yer değil, gençlerin bekarların oteli gibi bir yer. Tavsiye etmiyorum, sakın ha yorumlara aldanmayın

Hersey ***et iyi güzel sayılır, fakat yan tarafta bayrama özel mıdır bilmem bir Cafe de canlı müzik vardı bu sebeple de çok sesli ve gürültülü bir ortam oldu odada, kahvalti oda fiyatı haricinde kişi başı 250 TL aşırı abartı bir rakam buda hayal kırıklığı, bunun harici guleryuzlu personel ve iyi hizmet için teşekkür ederim.
