I stayed here when I visited Ise Grand Shrine. The building is quite old and very large. I actually got lost trying to find the bath, haha! The hotel staff are very kind. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. There was even a tuna carving show! I was surprised by the variety at the open kitchen, with a sashimi counter, fried dishes, grilled items, snacks, and even hot pot. It was all delicious. There's also a foot bath, but I couldn't really relax in it because of the mosquitoes, haha.

Best location!! 5 mins walk from the station. A little old but everything is great. Meals included are superbbb, especially the apple pie 👍👍👍

The hotel was conveniently located right across from a train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The facility was a bit worn, and the room was small and could use some updates. However, it served its purpose for a one-night stay.

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an "international crew" but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

Our stay was great. The place is beautiful. The food is delicious.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and even though it was my first trip, I felt safe and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and there were many different types of baths, and it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to fully enjoy myself.

From the moment we arrived at the inn, the staff greeted us warmly, and the service from all the staff was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also delicious. It was a wonderful memory. I would love to stay there again!

Excellent value for money. Although the two meals weren't the typical kaiseki cuisine offered by a hot spring inn, the buffet was surprisingly delicious both morning and evening. The room was large and clean, the free-flowing bath was comfortable, and they even gave us a welcome gift bag. A wonderful travel experience.

The staff's smiles are wonderful 💓 There was also a fish filleting demonstration, and the sashimi was amazing❣️ The fried egg had a unique twist.

The location is superb; it's just a short walk from Toba Station, across the street. The hotel is huge, so just find your building. Both dinner and breakfast are buffets, especially the dinner buffet, which is fantastic—you can eat your fill with everything you can find, and the food is quite delicious. Breakfast, however, is a bit less impressive. Check-in is very welcoming; they write the names of guests checking in that day on the hotel entrance.

The hotel is too old, the rooms smelled musty, the facilities were outdated, and it wasn't good value for money.

The location is very convenient, being right near the station. Although it's an old building, the interior is like a maze due to extensions. However, thankfully, we frequently encountered staff members who kindly gave us directions, allowing us to reach our destination. The room felt a little smaller than it appeared in the photos. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style, and there seem to be two dining areas, but reservations are not accepted, and there is a 90-minute time limit. Alcoholic beverages and other drinks require an additional charge.

The room was very clean and the food was delicious. The service staff were also very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
