Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

Sleeve attention when arrived, it took 20 minutes to address us and almost 40 minutes to give us the room, very disgusting staff, the place is cold, no one receives you or fires you, really the deal was bad
