Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

I just touched the earthquake of 7/09/21 being in this hotel, each of his employees showed genuine care for his guests, from girls in nerve crisis, support in all kinds of requests and logistics. Last weekend, my husband and I went to a restaurant called “The Volcanoes” in Tlalnepantla. They have a delicious buffet in the morning, where you can taste many foods among which are traditional Mexican dishes, fruit, juices etc.36 I ordered some enchiladas of mole as a main course, they brought a lot of chicken, they were completely covered in mole (it is worth mentioning that I asked them to please68 make me the mole dulce) and as a garnish refried beans with tortilla chips. Drink order a lemonade. Would go back I loved the food and everything !!

I stayed at Hotel Brasilia the night of October 25, 2022. I paid 1,050 pesos for a room on the fifth floor with a single bed. This converted to 53.02 USD when I paid with my debit card. This included a buffet breakfast. Positives: Close to several bus stations. The room was clean, quiet, and safe. There was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable until late morning when the sun began to heat the room. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Negatives: There is wifi, but the signal was weak and inconsistent in the room I was in. It was better in the restaurant. I would have liked to be able to open a window a little more to let in some fresh air. I understand safety concerns, but I also like good air circulation while I sleep.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Great hotel! Very comfortable, clean rooms, good value for money and an excellent service! Ladies from the reception helped us keep the kids occupied with the additional activities, and Sam from the service desk really helped us out with organizing airport transfer for our big family!
