"Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony."

"Great location, not such a steep climb. Everything is clean and tidy, they clean every day.
The room has everything you need, everything is in good condition. The hostess helps with any questions. They organize a transfer from the airport at a convenient price if you ask in advance.
We recommend!"

"Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon."

"The road leading up to the apartments is just opposite the exit from the bus station, across the road from a large supermarket called IDEA. Handy for shopping.
It is quite a steep hike up the road but when you get to the top and see the views of the sea you will know it is worth it. The apartment was bright and spacious and Hakan, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Short walk to the town and marina."

GGuest UserBooked a semi-sea view room, but gave the 2nd floor to see no sea view at all. Coordinated through Trip.com to the highest floor. so beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. Pushing the window to see the sea view yacht. Walking distance to the rich gathering area. The only luxury brand gathering area in Montenegro. Breakfast buffet. Very rich and elegant. To sum up, overseas hotels must not be stingy to make demands and protect their rights and interests.

SSatiriadisДа, это новый отель. Всё новое, никем не тронутое. Большая удобная кровать с хорошим бельем. В номере есть все что, нужно, он просторный, есть французский балкон. Большая ванная с огромной душевой, где очень комфортно мыться. До Порта Монтенегро минут 5-7 ходьбы. Рядом, я бы даже сказал снизу и магазины и продукты и кафе.
Но!
Есть одно но! Во время нашего пребывания продолжался ремонт! Звук не давал выспаться и находиться в номере с 8:30(9:00) утра до 16:00. Это было невыносимо. Я просил, умолял персонал сделать хоть что-то, потому что я все-таки на отдыхе, но они не сделали ничего. Вообще ничего. Уже при чек-ауте мне зачем-то предложили ужин в качестве компенсации. А до этого вы чем думали? Зачем мне ужин, когда вылет через 2 часа. Персонал, конечно, приветливый, вежливый, но решать проблемы они не умеют.

Circle a place by the seaside hotel where you can swim safely. The bar by the sea is also in the hotel, and you can eat on both sides.
But you have to pay the bill on the same day? Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day?
The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade?
In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good?
Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices.
WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G.
Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place.

GGuest UserHotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings. The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed. It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location.

TTopnastBeautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)
