We stay here when we are traveling through Florida. It has been 5 years since we last stayed here. While still nice, the room we had is beginning to show its age. The towel rack in the shower is rusty and towels did not smell very fresh. I’m not sure if the smell was coming from the rack or not. The ice machines on most of the floors were not working. We finally found ice on the fifth floor, very inconvenient. Otherwise, the room and common areas are clean. I would definitely stay again.

The only downside is if you do not have a car the location is isolated and not in walking distance of convenience store. However you can order food and groceries on app deliveries

The hotel breakfast is good, the price of the hotel at this price is very good, yogurt fruit, milk cereal, several kinds of bread, homemade waffles, scrambled egg sausage, pork mashed potatoes and so on. The room is old, the carpet feels dirty, and everything else is fine.

My experience with this hotel’s manager on duty, Brenda Mazzillo, was horrible. I had booked an accessible 2 queen room on Hilton’s website as I use a wheelchair and we are a family of 4. When I checked in, I asked the front desk person to make sure my room was accessible, she said yes. When we went to our room, the bathroom was not accessible. There were no guard rails around the toilet and bathtub, and no shower chair. The room was also dirty with a used candy wrap on the side table. Wished I had taken more pictures. I called the front desk and asked her for a shower chair, which she contacted the manager on duty, Brenda, to find out. When Brenda called me, I told her that I use a wheelchair and that the bathroom was not accessible. Her tone was very negative and she argued with me that the room was accessible for the hearing impaired. She said it was my fault for booking a hearing impaired room so she was not going to help me. I told Brenda that I didn’t realize it was only for the hearing impaired and that I needed a shower chair, but she refused to provide one and didn’t offer any resolution. She claimed a shower chair would be a liability but I have gone to many hotel chains that provide shower chairs. She said the only rooms that had roll in showers were 1 king bedrooms and they were occupied so I’m stuck. Regardless, my family of 4 couldn’t sleep on 1 king bed. Even if Brenda really couldn't do anything, she didn't have to be disrespectful and rude to me on the phone. She didn’t have any empathy or sympathy about my dilemma as I was not able to use the bathtub. It would be an easy solution for the hotel to provide a shower chair with guard rails around the toilet and bathtub in their 2 queen accessible room as different guests need different type of rooms. I didn't expect them to have guard rails installed that night, but I needed a shower chair. The hotel should remove the sign “Making You Happy Makes Us Happy” at their front door, as they do not care about their customers. I will never stay at this hotel again. As a travel agent, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was great and the front desk was efficient and friendly. Loved the room layout, and it was clean. All was going well until I got in the shower, to find out the soap/bodywash and the shampoo were both completely empty, conditioner was full though. Also, the lady next door to us was on her phone until 2am, and the walls were thin enough to hear her . Breakfast was good. Check your shower supplies before you shower!

Staff makes this Quality Inn a 5 star location for us! It's a solid 2-2.5 star motel. Basic clean accommodations, rooms are exactly what you expect from a 2.5 motel. Beds were clean, bathrooms etc were all in order to have a comfortable one night stay. We stayed here 3 consecutive nights - even though that wasn't our plan at first. We originally were going to book the Days Inn close by as they advertise truck parking. But where they used to park trucks - the land owner doesn't let them do that. So we called here and Anthony was willing to let us find parking there. The next day we were working another load and we were going to be close by and decided to stay again. Called and spoke to Colleen and she was SO nice and said they would let us park there again. Colleen is just a gem - amazing friendly staff member, went out of her way to help us. The next day we again picked up a load and we're going to be close by. We decided again to call and again Colleen said she thought they could accommodate us. We were closer to some other hotels but since our experience with Colleen (especially) and Anthony were amazing it made us drive maybe a little longer or stop short - just to stay there. Also the morning Staff - Kelly was very nice as well. A few pointers. If you're driving a truck - for sure they can't handle a semi - but we drive a regular truck and 40 foot trailer. There is parking at the end of street. I think they might be renovating because our first night we were in side building and the bathroom tub and fixtures weren't as nice as the next 2 nights. Only dislike is they still have carpet - I like places with wood floors. If you're looking for a place to eat. Durango's was awesome - we went there 2 nights in a row.

This Days Inn met our expectations for a one night stay prior to visiting Kennedy Space Center. The room was clean-ish. It had been wiped down and sheets changed, but you could tell it needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom corners were dirty, etc. However, our stay was fine. We didn’t experience any noise issues, bugs, or odors. The continental breakfast was OK: bagels, juice, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, etc. Not spectacular, but gets the job done before heading out for the day. The breakfast area was larger than most and clean. We’d stay here again.

The continental breakfast was OK: bagels, juice, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, etc. Not spectacular, but gets the job done before heading out for the day. My experience with this hotel’s manager on duty, Brenda Mazzillo, was horrible. I had booked an accessible 2 queen room on Hilton’s website as I use a wheelchair and we are a family of 4. When I checked in, I asked the front desk person to make sure my room was accessible, she said yes. When we went to our room, the bathroom was not accessible. There were no guard rails around the toilet and bathtub, and no shower chair. The room was also dirty with a used candy wrap on the side table. Wished I had taken more pictures. I called the front desk and asked her for a shower chair, which she contacted the manager on duty, Brenda, to find out. When Brenda called me, I told her that I use a wheelchair and that the bathroom was not accessible. Her tone was very negative and she argued with me that the room was accessible for the hearing impaired. She said it was my fault for booking a hearing impaired room so she was not going to help me. I told Brenda that I didn’t realize it was only for the hearing impaired and that I needed a shower chair, but she refused to provide one and didn’t offer any resolution. She claimed a shower chair would be a liability but I have gone to many hotel chains that provide shower chairs. She said the only rooms that had roll in showers were 1 king bedrooms and they were occupied so I’m stuck. Regardless, my family of 4 couldn’t sleep on 1 king bed. Even if Brenda really couldn't do anything, she didn't have to be disrespectful and rude to me on the phone. She didn’t have any empathy or sympathy about my dilemma as I was not able to use the bathtub. It would be an easy solution for the hotel to provide a shower chair with guard rails around the toilet and bathtub in their 2 queen accessible room as different guests need different type of rooms. I didn't expect them to have guard rails installed that night, but I needed a shower chair. The hotel should remove the sign “Making You Happy Makes Us Happy” at their front door, as they do not care about their customers. I will never stay at this hotel again. As a travel agent, I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff makes this Quality Inn a 5 star location for us! It's a solid 2-2.5 star motel. Basic clean accommodations, rooms are exactly what you expect from a 2.5 motel. Beds were clean, bathrooms etc were all in order to have a comfortable one night stay. We stayed here 3 consecutive nights - even though that wasn't our plan at first. We originally were going to book the Days Inn close by as they advertise truck parking. But where they used to park trucks - the land owner doesn't let them do that. So we called here and Anthony was willing to let us find parking there. The next day we were working another load and we were going to be close by and decided to stay again. Called and spoke to Colleen and she was SO nice and said they would let us park there again. Colleen is just a gem - amazing friendly staff member, went out of her way to help us. The next day we again picked up a load and we're going to be close by. We decided again to call and again Colleen said she thought they could accommodate us. We were closer to some other hotels but since our experience with Colleen (especially) and Anthony were amazing it made us drive maybe a little longer or stop short - just to stay there. Also the morning Staff - Kelly was very nice as well. A few pointers. If you're driving a truck - for sure they can't handle a semi - but we drive a regular truck and 40 foot trailer. There is parking at the end of street. I think they might be renovating because our first night we were in side building and the bathroom tub and fixtures weren't as nice as the next 2 nights. Only dislike is they still have carpet - I like places with wood floors. If you're looking for a place to eat. Durango's was awesome - we went there 2 nights in a row.

My wife and I were wrapping up a trip to Florida before headed home and we had heard that they had rescheduled a SpaceX Dragon launch with an astronaut from our hometown the last day we were going to be there. We looked at several different hotels and on a whim, decided to try Travel Inn Titusville. Honestly, first impression we thought it to be a bit sketch. You had to ring a doorbell to get someone to come from the house behind the hotel to check you in. The office reminded me of a taxi cab office with a little desk and an older computer. The guy checking us in was extremely helpful and told us the best place to watch the launch was up the road about two miles at the Rotary Club Riverfront Park. And he was definitely right!! We got the key and were directed to a small building caddy corner to the office where our room was. Just by the outside, it reminded me of the type of hotel I would stay at when I was a kid traveling with my parents. Very retro!! We opened up the door to our room and were pleasantly surprised. The room had a very nice comfortable look. The bed was interesting...a bit like a bean bag LOL. The bathroom and shower were nice sized and easily maneuverable. Overall, we would definitely come back!
