I would like to express my concern regarding the behaviour and the type of room provided by Golden Wild Yala.
I had specifically booked a Triple Room with an extra bed, and after making the reservation, I reconfirmed the details with Mr. ***** via chat and on a call made to ***************. The chat confirmation is attached for reference.
However, upon arrival, my guests were given an incorrect room. Despite informing him that I had all the evidence, including video proof, they were provided with one of the worst rooms at the property — a Double Room with only two beds pushed together, and no extra bed, which is completely against the booking requirement. I also requested him to check Room Number 7, but he refused, stating he was out and could not do anything. I personally called and explained everything again, and it had already been reconfirmed earlier as well.
Due to this unacceptable experience, my guest is requesting compensation. Otherwise, he will be compelled to post about this behaviour and experience publicly across platforms and may also consider taking legal action
