Very poor service. Staff are more interested in their handphones rather than assisting customers. T.V. spoilt and for my stay for 2 days, this was not rectified. Updated staff many times but they did not do anything. Very very poor service. I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I will never recommend this hotel to others.

Convenient for shopping at great location. Easier to get food around.

Value for money. Staff very friendly. Restaurant was good too.

We booked two deluxe room, when we went through the website the rooms were good to booked. Unfortunately when we check in , the rooms are without cupboards, where to keep our clothes ? When we asked the receptionist, they said rooms are without cupboard or table. We noticed the room opposite us is also deluxe room , they have cupboard and table, when we asked they said our rooms are without? My question why , we also booked deluxe room. No basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothpaste, kettle, tea or coffee. The next day housekeeping suppose to clean the room did not turn up and we had to go the reception and complain , later they came to clean and we had to wait, this is not right. Breakfast included , we paid for it, end up the breakfast is not buffet, we had to go to the restaurant Next level and the breakfast was fixed and no refill.Not worth the money, will not recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

Overall moderate experience

Fit for pilgrimage trips. No outside view with proper ventilation.

It's quite peaceful, not crowded, and meets the standards. Most importantly, it's in a prime location. You can easily walk to Rockfort or connect to various points.
