If you call yourself a 3 star hotel then you need to really buckle up. The guests visiting you, sometimes, are really looking for an opportunity to point on good, something different experience. Your guests should really feel that you are there to serve you. I did not feel the hospitality. I was definitely comparing this hotel with all the other hotels that i have stayed paying equal bucks. Casual attitude of the staff. When asked the next morning, they told me that they simply forgot to place a water bottle in my room. The building is good, great ambiance. But it all felt like unchi makaan feeka pakwan. Please do better to get a 4 or 5 star.

Excellent location. Very close railway station. Food was yummy. Cautious staff. I had pure booked food as was reaching late in the night. Food was nicely packed. Even at 3am it was a bit hot but tasted good. Neat and clean rooms with sufficient toiletries which included dental and shaving kit.

The room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.
