Mi estancia es de dos semanas por temas laborales. El hotel está bien ubicado si trabajas en la zona industrial cercana, a lado del hotel hay una plaza con áreas de oportunidad en temas de facturación. Las habitaciones son cómodas si son pocos días de estancia. No cuenta con servicio de lavandería y no hay lavandería cercana. Todo estaba relativamente bien hasta ayer, que tiraron a la basura mi medicamento, el cual es un tratamiento qué debo tomar todos los días. Acudí a recepción a reportar la situación y la señorita en turno no solo pudo decir, no nos había pasado y ya. De verdad que mala forma de resolver una situación como está, última vez que me hospedó en esta cadena
