This is not really an hotel as such. There is no reception but as long as they know when you are arriving, someone will be available to let you in and show you the ropes. My room was en-suite with a reasonably comfortable bed. Although clean, some rather suspicious looking stains hadn't quite washed out of the sheets and the towels and curtains were a bit threadbare. The floor is advertised on the hotel site as "parquet" but is actually lino with a sort of wood pattern printed on it. Probably easier to keep clean than carpet but not wood, nevertheless. Once you are there, you will find them very friendly a helpful. Even for the one night that I stayed there, there was a bottle of wine, a fruit basket and a couple of large mineral water bottles in the small fridge. There is also a kettle and stuff for making tea and coffee. Breakfast is served at another hotel, about 10 minutes walk away, near the lake (Kineret). I can't comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early so didn't try it. Good fast free wi-fi. Rooms have a/c and satellite TV.

The place has good localization. they have kettle in the room for coffee and tea. In the morning you can have breakfast in the bars which are 5 minutes away. The parking was free. The bath could be renovated.

Great location, easy to find, very clean and totally remodeled. It was a bit pricey but very convenient. I was overcharged in the end by 15 dollars which I am disputing. I originally booked in December but had to change the dates due to COVID travel issues. They were very accomodating about changing the dates. I'm not sure how or why I was overcharged but I'll get that resolved.

The villa is very close to the center and the lakeshore. It has a free parking lot behind the house and can be a little difficult to find. It takes two minutes to get to the center and the restaurants and five minutes to get to the lakeshore. The numerous beaches around the lake can be reached by car in five to 15 minutes. However, some of these are subject to a fee. The rooms are decorated in simple white and appear clean and well-kept. The bathroom is perhaps a little small and has a shower area. If you are a little taller, your knees will hit the sink from the toilet. WiFi is free. The fruit basket and wine that you receive as a guest are positives. In addition, the owner always tries - even if not always present - to offer help and advice in a way that is as straightforward as possible. Questions were always answered quickly on WhatsApp messages. Small points were deducted for the air conditioning being a little too loud and the fact that the TV didn't work properly. There is no breakfast in the villa, but they have an agreement with a nearby boutique hotel, which is five minutes away right on the lake shore. The breakfast there with a view of the lake was absolutely first class! Overall a great stay and highly recommended!
