基礎房型的設施很一般，建議預訂第二檔的房型。不管是面積還是設施都好很多。
酒店的服務裏麪包含了旅拍，送三張照片。旅拍的小姐姐和攝影師非常專業，也很熱情。我自己的衣服比較現代，攝影師建議我多拍室內場景，結果證明他是對的。如果想拍室外，建議穿中式或漢服，酒店總體的風格還是適合偏中式的風格。

服務非常貼心，驚喜的是 還幫忙升級了房間。房間有大陽台，衞生間特別大。早餐非常好吃。特別適合自駕遊。到華頂，石樑，瓊台景點都比較近。

房間升級，房型很舒服。格調是我喜歡的。
工作人員值得一讚，相較於之前日本打星野，服務更周全。不會太過，又很細緻，讓人很舒服。
衹不過冥想人太多，沒約到🥹。泳池、健身房關的太早，九點。晚餐和午餐出餐有些太慢了😅

來之前看評論褒貶不一，酒店環境幽靜，適合度假很日系，酒店還送了旅拍，挺滿意的。酒店早餐個人覺得搭配的很好，很健康，總之是完美的一次行程。

環境非常棒的一個酒店，非常乾淨，也非常安靜。是很多普通所謂五星級酒店媲美不了的乾淨，感覺是非常細節控的一個酒店，很難得在國內竟然可以遇到品控這麼棒的酒店。和價格相比，品質物超所值。酒店隨處可見的新鮮花材製作的插花，一塵不染的環境，以及餐廳的服務團隊賓至如歸的笑容，都在展示着這間酒店的管理能力。如果酒店內可以吃到日本料理就更好啦，酒店主打的“漢心和食”，是最後一晚才在餐廳看到可以提前預訂，入住的時候並沒有特別提示，是這次唯一的遺憾，下次會再來的放鬆度假之處。
～希望酒店好好經營，基業長青～

環境：裝修風格略暗了一些 建議要有化粧枱燈 不然的話女士不方便 其他都挺不錯的 家裡人都很喜歡
衞生：乾淨整潔
服務：特別周到 知道是生日還給升級了還送了蛋糕 感謝
下次如果有機會還會來住 送的旅拍也很棒 花了點錢多要了幾張
