賓館比較老，我們那個房間窗鎖壞的，鎖不上，不過4樓也沒關係，就是隔音非常不好，早晚都很吵，早上六點多就被吵醒沒法睡覺，床很硬，不過挺乾淨。離老街很近，農貿市場也在附近，老闆老闆娘人都很好，可以免費停車

適合出差或者遊玩的來 位置就在縣城中心 我趁假期來天台玩 老闆介紹了國清寺，赭溪老街，大瀑布，打車都是起步價 赭溪老街步行十分鐘都不用就到了 星巴克喜茶霸王茶姬奈雪的茶一個小縣城雖小但五臟齊全 很適合我這種吃貨 第二天還可以寄存行李在前台 省心很多 很方便，服務態度很好

各方面都很好。包括設施不錯，熱情邦助我們解決停車難的問題，衞生做的還可以，環境很好，吃車西周圍很方便，由其老闆娘很熱情，工作認真，負責，給予我們很大方便。

硬件設施很差，電視機，空調，淋浴房地上的衞生，床單，被子，沒有一樣好的，跟去西藏半路上的統鋪差不多，不應該叫賓館
