A must-give positive review! They proactively upgraded my room free of charge during check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, with complete and easy-to-use facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. What touched me most was that when I accidentally dropped an important item in the trash can, the receptionist immediately and patiently helped me search for it without hesitation. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process! Excellent service, a fantastic experience, I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend!

Tianshui Vienna People's Park Store is really good! The location is excellent, the environment is quiet, and it is very close to the park and the river. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were brand new and complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart equipment was very convenient.
