民宿在景區裏，老闆到景區大門口接我們，可以自己開車上山，老闆把我們領到了內部停車場，走一小段就是石窟，省了來回20元的電瓶車錢，老闆家做飯也很好吃，我們帶了一歲半的小孩子，訂的是家庭套房，每個床上都有電熱毯，還有空調，睡的非常好。老闆家的小朋友陪我的孩子玩兒了一晚上，超級開心。車可以停到院子裏，非常方便。

在這住了幾天，感覺還挺不錯的，房間也挺好的，空氣挺清新的沒啥異味，床單被罩很乾凈，整體很簡單整潔，環境也挺好的，離景區很近，走路就到了，邊走邊看看不一樣的風土人情，感覺人都被治癒了，且在景區內要是累了，老闆還能免費接送，老闆是一個挺好看的小姐姐，人也很温柔，服務態度很好，半夜買水喊她，也很温柔耐心，能看出來很困，但是也沒有不耐煩，吃了兩頓飯，手藝挺好的，吃着還挺好吃，比在外邊吃的順口不少，整體來説住的挺好的，祝老闆生意興隆

訂大床房的時候顯示是在二樓，到了卻是一樓，房間陰暗很冷，而且是在餐廳的套間，窗户正對院子，沒有私隱可言，問房東男子能否換個二樓的房間，標間也行，回答説沒有了，衹好入住。後來發現電熱毯一邊不熱，問能否換，也是一臉不情願，房東老夫婦説一個人一邊熱就夠了，好吧。出去轉了一圈回來，房間太冷，發現二樓有空房間，房東説每晚加十塊錢而且不能用空調，我之前訂的大床房的確説明沒有空調，成交！終於搬上二樓，明亮了很多，但發現床單上面有短頭髮，還有氣味，煙灰缸裏有殘留的煙灰，廁所垃圾筐裏有兩個煙頭，於是退了兩個晚上，退的時候説明原因，房東也沒有任何反饋，也沒換床單。。。農民有農民的衞生習慣，這能理解，但既然經營客棧，多用心也可以，至少拿出點熱情也行！這家所有人感覺都是冷冰冰，老夫婦的笑容也不真誠，可能是我的運氣吧，其實村裡包括鄰村幾乎家家開客棧，問了別的，人家價格還便宜些，現在淡季，我去的又不是週末，客棧基本都空着，人家還接送客人，我來的時候，房東到景區門口接我上山，然後就不聞不問，今天離開，也沒説要送，老夫婦知道我要走，也沒説要送我到景區門口。。。一句話，沒服務！
