Suisse Place Hotel (TEDA MSD Branch, Binhai New Area, Tianjin)

We stayed here during our visit of family in the area, so the location was based on proximity to them. Notwithstanding, this location is close to shopping centres and a wide variety of food options. Firstly, the negatives, the hotel internal areas - in particular the bathrooms would benefit from refurbishment as they appear quite dated. This affects the cleanliness, hence my deduction of a star for each of those categories. In terms of gym equipment it is fantastic and a 5/5. We didn't use the pool, so I cannot comment on that. Service was great through all my interactions. Staff are polite, courteous and informative. My room size was very good for our short stay and would easily be suitable for longer stays as it is a self sufficient two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.

Great services apartment with all the amenities you expect of Ascott. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is good being 10 minutes walk to the K11 shopping centre where there is a good range of restaurants.

Fantastic serviced apartment in Tianjin TEDA area. Apartment is very near to Citizen Square metro station and 2 shopping malls (K11 & Lifestyle malls) where you can shop, dine or have coffee easily. My room was big and clean, breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and professional. I love this apartment/hotel.
