The views are amazing, with the Hai River right downstairs. It was really pleasant to take a stroll in the evening and enjoy the breeze. The hotel's facilities, both soft and hardware, are great, and the room is very spacious. I had an excellent stay, and being able to take a bath was a plus! My child was doing online classes, and we often troubled the front desk for help with various issues, so I'd like to express my gratitude again. The location is also very good, close to Tianjin Station, making it convenient to get anywhere.

It has a minimalist design, full amenities, great water pressure in the shower, and a soft, comfortable mattress that made for an excellent night's sleep. There's also a convenience store nearby, and evening strolls along the Hai River are both romantic and safe. You get a luxury feel without breaking the bank — amazing value for money! I've already recommended it to friends. The environment is truly wonderful; a walk by the Hai River is so pleasant. Five stars, definitely, and the service attitude is a major highlight!

After a long day of bustling around the city, I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a warm and inviting hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room was exceptional, from the soft pillows to the comfortable mattress – you could really feel the thoughtfulness in every aspect. What surprised me most, however, was the service. They proactively asked every day if I needed my room cleaned, and the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a huge plus. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even thoughtfully provided welcome fruits.

I hope Ctrip, acting as a regular consumer, will conduct genuine user experience reviews of the hotels it recommends, including all aspects of their services. 2. Please diligently compare hotel room rates and other details. Don't make consumers discover issues themselves and then have to contact customer service to resolve them. 3. Ctrip's customer service team is excellent; they resolve problems quickly, thoughtfully, and perfectly. High praise for them. 4. I hope Ctrip doesn't betray the trust of its long-standing users. Regarding the Wanda Vista Tianjin hotel: 1. The facilities are old. 2. The service is terrible. I had to request slippers, water, soap, and bedsheets four times, which took 1.5 hours in total. The staff's attitude was very poor and impolite. 3. The breakfast is very bad. A 168 RMB breakfast felt like a 50 RMB standard. The dining experience was terrible, service was poor, ingredients were not fresh, and the restaurant manager's competence was seriously lacking; they were indifferent to guests' issues. 4. Overall, the hotel is very poor and clearly does not meet its star rating standards. The service staff are cold and unhelpful. 5. Afterwards, the hotel attempted to offer compensation in exchange for a review. I hope everyone provides honest reviews so that others can choose quality products.

The hotel's location is excellent, quieter than other hotels along the Haihe River, with convenient dining options nearby, and a 7-Eleven downstairs. Parking is free for guests. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and Lynn at the front desk was very helpful in answering our questions. A great stay overall.

I frequently stay at this hotel, and this time I brought my family. The room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean after housekeeping. It's also conveniently located near attractions. Anna, who works here, is incredibly gentle and provides thoughtful service, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. We're very satisfied. The bread and ice cream in the lobby are also quite good!

Clean, comfortable, and consistently reliable as always! The underground parking has been updated, so you no longer have to use the entrance/exit from the adjacent office building; it's now accessible directly from within the complex, which is much more convenient. The area is quiet, perfect for traveling with kids.

This was my first stay at the Wanda Vista Tianjin, and it was a great experience! The hotel has an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there's plenty of parking in the underground garage, so getting around is a breeze. My stay coincided with Chinese New Year, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with a festive atmosphere. The service was also excellent, and we even received complimentary holiday fruits and snacks. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a 24-hour gym. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips!
