As a Tianjin local, this is my go-to spot for a weekend staycation – that's how much I love Yitang! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. They even upgraded my room during a quieter period. The room itself has a lot of natural wood elements and the lighting is really warm and inviting. Having a fridge and microwave is incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff are also super attentive, kind, and just all-around wonderful. I've often stayed in their three-bedroom units, which are perfect for gatherings. I'll definitely be coming back often!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL REVIEW!!!!! I strongly advise everyone against staying here!!! I stayed in a family suite with my child, and what started as a normal trip turned into a nightmare. My child was playing in the room and, while getting up from the bed, lost balance due to the mattress lacking sufficient support. They fell backward, hitting the back of their head directly on a hard, sharp wooden strip on the headboard. The wooden headboard had no soft padding, no protective cushioning design, and sharp, protruding edges, posing a serious safety hazard! My child's head was cut and bleeding immediately. We rushed to the hospital where they received two stitches on the back of their head. As parents, we were heartbroken and devastated! For a family suite, the hotel's headboard design completely disregards the safety of elderly guests or children. This is clearly a facility design flaw, an outdated feature that hasn't been replaced, and inadequate safety protection. When we communicated with the hotel afterward, they showed no intention of handling the situation properly. Throughout the entire process, they were cold and evasive, offering only a 10% discount on the room rate as a perfunctory and irresponsible gesture. We paid to stay here, and not only did we not have a peaceful and comfortable experience, but our child also suffered injuries, and we, as parents, were distressed and busy seeking medical attention. Came to Tianjin with my kids and stayed in a family room. The space was really big, plenty of room for the kids to play. Having a kitchen was also super convenient for heating up sandwiches. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The day after we checked out, I realized I'd lost my iPad. I called the hotel, and the staff quickly found it and even helped mail it back to my home for free. We were still out enjoying our trip, and the package had already arrived home safely via SF Express. Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The apartment is excellent, very clean and tidy. We're staying here for Richie Jen's New Year's Eve concert at the end of 2025, and it's incredibly close to the venue – you can even see it from our room! The service is great too. I'll definitely choose this place again for future concerts.

Hotel reception was excellent in handling all our request swiftly , this is my second time booking at the premises with a 2 week . They have upgrade our room to 3 bedroom due to 2 room was fully booked. Is a good place to stay near metro within a 7 min walk .

Booked this room for a concert. It was conveniently located within walking distance. No AC or heating, and the bathroom was especially hot, making the whole room warm. Had to open the window to sleep at night, so there was quite a bit of noise. The facilities aren't very new either. Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. For a concert night, at this price, it was a decent enough place to stay for one night.

If you're here for a concert, this is the place to stay. There's a Luckin Coffee right on the first floor when you walk in, so you can grab a cup anytime. My only suggestion is to bring a power strip, as there are quite a few electronics to charge, and the outlets are too spread out, which is a bit inconvenient.

This was my first time staying at Yitang Apartment, and I was thoroughly impressed. Both the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean and tidy. All the furnishings and bathroom facilities felt brand new. The staff were incredibly warm and proactive, always willing to help. My recent stay was delightful! One highlight is general service provided compared to other similar serviced apartments I've stayed at. Even for the included breakfast, which has room to improve in terms of selection and freshness, the service at the restaurant was still really good. For our summer vacation trip with two children, we typically opt for a serviced apartment. This property, despite opening in 2016, was immaculately clean and well-maintained. We chose a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with separate living and dining areas, which felt very spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was the most satisfying aspect. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and reaching the Olympic Sports Center (entering through the venue's ground parking lot) also takes under 10 minutes.
