給家人定的，酒店位置真不錯就在海河邊20米左右，白天在人行橋上看太漂亮了，晚上走在河邊去的解放橋好熱鬧呀，還離小白樓1五大道，地鐵站幾百米，晚上入住看的河景房感覺解壓舒服，夜景很美，衞生都是很棒，入住的時候給我解釋，衞生都很乾凈就是疫情的時候有些地方損傷了，哈哈，真逗，怕我們理解不好1特意解釋一下，看着帶長者送了好多水，説長者喜歡喝熱水，真貼心服務

酒店衞生不是一般的糟糕，都不如個小旅店！一進房間兩瓶贈飲水其中一瓶是開過的剩一半的，滿地的碎碎糟糟的垃圾，別人剪的指甲都在地板上，桌子一層灰，浴室玻璃上水垢都看不見人了，洗澡後水漏到外面滿地都是。真不知道酒店管理人員都在幹嘛？不查房嗎？房間裏沒人看，就連電梯裏啥樣自己都不知道嗎？自己看圖吧！真糟心！大家避坑

就在海河邊上，早上起來順着還和去上班或者去遊玩的心情簡直太好了！
房間沒有明顯消毒水味道，床單也沒有，就很舒適。
房間佈局和服務，還是要相信專業酒店管理的專業性。

酒店服務到位貼心温暖，每天提供瓶裝水和咖啡以及紅、綠茶茶包，前台提供瓶裝水服務，晚上休息房間相對安靜。遺憾的是坐便蓋和底座不配套，露出一大截還到處移動，噴頭水流不集中，衹能修不能換。

位置很好 有停車場 但不大 相對來説還可以，但前台的服務一直不耐煩 不敢恭維 床無法挪動 帶小孩的需要注意，無法拼床

環境挺好的，還有免費停車場，太方便了，有一次性的洗臉洗浴毛巾，這個特別贊，我們一家三口住的多要了一套，離五大道很近，騎個車很方便

優點：衞生做的很好，前台服務很到位。周圍交通非常便利出門上橋往前走一段就是登瀛樓，離天津第一飯店也很近。離海河以及解放北路非常的近，citywalk超級推薦。
缺點：淋浴水有點小，也可能因為住一樓水壓較低。
