Vienna International Hotel (Tianjin Drum Tower Flagship Hotel)

A little far away from the city centre but the hotel is located right outside the subway station! Room is clean, spacious and quite well equipped. Slightly difficult to push luggages up the incline to the reception area as it is pretty steep! Fortunately, there was a passerby willing to lend a helping hand. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Room is clean and comfortable, there’s no smoking smell inside the room. The room has a non-smoking sticker but I don’t understand why there’s an ashtray on the coffee table. However, smoking is allowed at the corridor next to the lifts on every floor. The hotel is close to metro station exit C. Front office staff are helpful. Breakfast are the same food everyday. There’s a 7 eleven and a coffee kiosk inside the hotel. There are robots delivery and the robots are very busy all the time.

The room and facility is excellent. The smell in the hallway is very good, which many hotel in China did not manage to maintain. The hotel is super close to the subway, which is very convenient to go around town. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel has good rating and close to where I need to be, so I give it a try and it didn't disappoint. Metro is within 1 minute away, close to Gulou , Xi bei jiao and most tourist areas. Most places are walking distance away - wear comfy shoes...... or you can fulfill your childhood cycling experience again.
