Premier Inn Thurso

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Was up in Thurso with my mum who is no longer very mobile. I asked for a twin accessible room and the staff made sure everything was spot on when we arrived. Cannot thank the staff enough for everything during our stay. Spotlessly clean with everything that you need. Free parking, ample choice of food on offer, but what sets it apart is how helpful and accommodating the staff are! I didn’t get the ladies names, but the blond haired lady at breakfast and the lovely dark haired lady on reception made our stay top notch. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when back visiting family in the area. Thank you!!

The pillows are very full and comfortable. We woke without any neck pain. Bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast was specially cooked separately because of allergies which was not an inconvenience for the staff, Fiona, Zara and chef David. It was fantastic and piping hot. Dinner was also prepared separately and was not too much bother for the Staff who were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back as we have had a lovely positive experience and nothing was too much bother. THANK YOU.

Excellent one night stay at the PremierInn Thurso. Was in Caithness on business. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Thurso town centre. 2 minutes from the railway station. It has free parking and wifi. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and checked in quickly. Standard PremierInn room. The hotel is quite new so the room was fresh, clean and everything worked. Only grumble is that this hotel has air conditioning but the windows don’t open. For all the times that the far north of Scotland gets a day when a/c is needed (or even nice), I’d take an opening window and fresh air every time! I had a meal deal. Evening meal was good. I thought that breakfast (prepared by Chef Hannah) was excellent. Hot, tasty, good choice well presented. I enjoyed every mouthful! Well done and thanks to the team at PremierInn Thurso. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely,clean hotel. We were made really welcome. We wanted to watch the England match and they reserved us a table for dinner nearest to the TV and put it on for us. The breakfast here was the best I've ever had at a Premier Inn, perfectly cooked by Michael. It was lovely to meet Fiona Ross, a fantastic member of staff, exactly the sort of greeting and service you want in the morning at breakfast. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room and hotel was clean, lots of parking spaces, bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep, liked the lighting in the room and there was plenty of plugs and charging units. Would of been ideal if the room had a small fridge in it 🤗
