Very sketchy, felt very uncomfortable, room was not cleaned although they change my room upon request still it was not a worthy of $225 per night. The lady on reception was rude like she is ready to get a fight. Breakfast below average nothing was organized. Bathroom dark. Corridor was dirty observed with litter. This is the worst Ramada I have ever stayed in. The room is very old, the air conditioner can't be turned on, the air conditioner switch is broken, the bathroom exhaust fan is broken, the bottles of shower gel and shampoo are empty and not replenished in time, three of the four bulbs in two table lamps are broken, and there is an unknown beetle and four or five flies on the carpet, and no one cleans it up. The only consolation is that the breakfast is richer than expected, but for this price, the cost performance is too low.

The check-in staff was very friendly and did his best to accommodate our reservation. We had a very spacious suite. You can tell the hotel was once very nice but is now very run down. Pool was not open, and we were there 4 days and did not receive any cleaning services, garbage collection, or clean towels.
