Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Thornton

The front desk lady was very very sweet. I did filter my search for a pool and hottub but was disappointed. My husband always wants to enjoy that when we stay somewhere. No where on ********** did it tell me it was closed. The front desk lady said they were renovating the area. When we came through the lobby to leave she said she had found some rec centers, which was very kind as most staff would shug and not give a flying f. The hotel smelled wonderful, clean and love their pillows. I went to look for them online, $109.00. And I should learn to call and ask if places pools are open ar the specific the property because this is the second time its happened. Starting to think mcdonalds ice cream distributor owns hotel properties.

Room was very clean and in good order. Staff was helpful and friendly. Dependind on rates, we will make an effort to return. Very quiet.

Staff was excellent. The Junior suite was not ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a suite. My family was ecstatic. Great room. The suite was incredible. The room key attached through my cell phone was a very convenient feature. The entire stay was A+++

Breakfast being a separate charge not great. The bed was not comfortable, but the room was clean and the area was nice and safe.

Staff was courteous and room was clean. Shower water pressure was low and not hot though.

Shops and restaurants nearby. It' just a great area. Outlet malls and Topgolf are really close. But it's quiet too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Rooms and public bathrooms in hotel very clean. Front desk help all very good. Hotel being attached to Johnny's Italian steakhouse always nice!

The pool area is a hot mess. The stairs to the hot tub had literal mud hanging down from the side.

We were very pleased with it and will come back. Hopefully the Gym is fully functional next time. 1 treadmill and stepmaster were not useable.
