Old apartment with the curtains had holes. The bathroom was broken I couldn’t flush it and the TV didn’t have a remote control, I had to plug out to turn it off. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was very good too. The shower had great pressure. The bed was comfortable.

A noise from the boiler room, next door, went off every 3 minutes, vibrating the wall and annoying noise for 30 seconds at a time.

Amazing accommodating on point staff. I felt in safe space with how vigilant they all are! Never in any of my stays at this property have I received anything but a clean , comfy , efficient room! The staff is high standard! Great Job!! Keep up the amazing work your doing the community a just and solid service I commend and thank you!

Checked in into a dirty room floors were not mopped restroom as well shower was not even scrubbed had stains got a none smoking room and it stank like cigarette fridge was stained dirty and had food in it microwave was dirty as well still had stains and popcorns in it had to but my own bed liners cause the hotels were stained bad Staff was alright got the room cleaned 2 days later

THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND REFUSE TO TELL YOU WHY THE KEPT IT THEN THEY GAVE ME A PARTIAL RETURN BUT NO EXPIATION WHY DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT DO IT

Rooms are not clean nor are they up to date very out dated amd dirty

Dirty !! The room I initially got had some sort of “kit” in the dresser that I was not comfortable with and let them know. They immediately came and removed whatever it was in the dresser and then got me a different room, which was being serviced by someone and he was not aware of that and so I left and came back and the room was completely disgusting hair in the shower on the walls, stains everywhere and I took pictures of everything

Great location and fairy quiet. But the parking lots lizards are terrifying.
