It was a pretty good hotel for the price. The parking lot was free, it was indoors, the reception was on the sixth floor and it was nice.

the floor was a bit called for a 1 year old but other than that it was good

A decent price to stay when you need to rest while you are doing a road trip through Europe. Close to the hotel a great Napoleon park where you can enjoy time.

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

by late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor. Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈 Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬 lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning. clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.

Good stay

For a premier class hotel, a decent room with a clean bathroom and a standard shower. The shower is nice, though small. Reception is on the 6th floor. The windows don't open, probably for security reasons. Close to supermarkets, a bakery, and the town center. Good, ample covered parking. It's best to request a room away from the highway when booking. The other side is much quieter.

I do not recommend it, the service is deplorable and the sound insulation of the building is very poor.

Basically everything is good, price-quality ratio is fine. Points of attention: for the room, no toilet seat. At breakfast: only sweet things. Like sweet yoghurt, no neutral yoghurt, only bread toppings with sweet things, jam, honey, Nutella etc. No fruit. Also the bread consisted of sweetened bread, no croissants, no normal. So that was disappointing. For the rest, as written, okay, parking is ideal in the building and within walking distance of the center, where you can find all the restaurants you could want.
