Very nice and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everyone was so attentive and kind. Service and cleanliness was exceptional. Thank you Hyatt team especially to Aggelos for your thoughtfulness.

The hotel itself is good, large and clean room. The staff leaves an unpleasant impression and is not pleasant to communicate with. During check-in, I asked to arrange a transfer to the airport early in the morning. When I arrived in the morning, it turned out that the transfer had not been organized. The employees didn’t even apologize, they pretended that “I didn’t book the transfer.” Apparently they haven’t heard about the customer is always right

The hotel is big and a bit old. It is very close to the airport and the hotel has a car to take you to the airport, which is very convenient

The most satisfying thing is the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the concierge.
