The hotel was well kept, well located and everyone was very nice. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed the live music during dinner. The biggest problem was we paid extra for a lakeview room not realizing that there are no curtains in the room - only vertical blinds - and they have street lights in the back around the pool that completely shine into the rooms at night. Made for a terrible night's sleep!

Coffee in lobby in the morning. Supplies were empty and garbage overflowing. No attendant to be found to ask for refills. Other than that, room was very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. The hotel was amazing and the staff on hand at the time on point. Very helpful with any and everything I asked about. I would recommend this location to everybody, and will make it a revisit in the future.

The location is ideal right in the middle of the vollages. The propert is showing its age a little but still clean and comfortable

Geez, we hate to give unfavorable reviews when traveling. But.. this hotel is the Truman Show, it's all smoke and mirrors there is no service, the restaurant and bar if there was one was closed because the staff was tired from the new years eve weekend??? Not even a water bottle in the room. It was underwhelming, tired and disappointing. Ok the shower was excellent.

This property is located within the Villages as part of the Sumpter Landing area. Location is great and the service was good but the property itself is somewhat dated. Rooms were large.

We were in a room that had an adjoining door to the room next to us so we could hear every word of their conversations which means they could hear ours as well. We ended up stuffing towels under the door to deaden some of the sound.

The Waterfront Inn provided my wife and I wonderful accommodations in a beautiful location. The best part is they are pet friendly.
