The variety of breakfast is quite varied, but the taste is not suitable for us. The room should not be extra bed. Because the hotel is a boat remodeling, children should like it. Hotel location is not bad. A taxi to a city center attraction will cost you ten yuan. There is a lot of parking, but every time you go in and out, you have to give it. More than one yuan. Entry fee.

We booked this hotel using Agoda, and the price was reasonable. The property allowed us to have both a very early check-in as well as a late check out, which was helpful. They have breakfast included in their rooftop area, which was quite nice. That same area is open in the evening as a restaurant and bar. The rooms were a little more marginal, although the beds were comfortable. I am not a fan of wet shower/bathroom rooms, which this facility has, and as a person with balance issues found myself very concerned about a possible fall in the very slippery shower area. The room itself could’ve used upgrading of paint, holes in the wall, better deep cleaning, curtain treatments and other cosmetic issues. The staff was amazingly helpful, and since I was only using the room as a place to sleep, it was acceptable. Wi-Fi speed was quite slow, and sometimes intermittent. As in many areas in Yangon, power failures can happen at any point in time.

HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We strongly recommend to stay at HOTEL BALMI whatever the reason in Yangon, Myanmar.

Staff were friendly and helped us a lot. We mentioned when we booked the room that we were going for our honeymoon. The hotel immediately upgraded our room, upgraded our standard room without windows to a luxurious balcony room, and the view of the Ruiguang Shwedagon Pagoda from the balcony. They even prepared roses in bed and bathroom. Another thing that surprised me was that when we finished the view and returned to the room, we found the hotel sent us a beautiful cake and a postcard full of blessings. I was very impressed by their care and service to customers. In addition, the breakfast buffet they offer is very rich and delicious.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. the people do not all speak english at front desk. the rooom was small good for night stay. the ac would not go below 19 c . the water was goood and hot . the pillows ok. the room has safty box and ref. the bed was good against wall so could not wake around. you go to 3 floor to check in . you have to have key to go to floors. the breakfast was good. cold cereal and has asia breakfast. fruit good and coffee great strong. tv had only 2 channel with news english.. hotel airport pick up is 20.00 you can take a taxie for 9.00 or care service for 12.00.
