Simply Pathetic! "No Covid Protocol" followed. Dirty as hell at the price of a 5 Star. Linens were horribly dirty and unchanged. ACs didnt work No drinking water. Rooms stink. Wouldn't even give it a single star if i had the choice!! Horrible Horrible Horrible !!!!!!

I have visited in Dhiraj hotel Thane with best experience “The staff were all extremely friendly, especially to my 8year old daughter. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and made my daughter very happy. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was a lot of choice, it all tasted freshly prepared and it changed each day I was there. The hotel also cares a lot about the environment, rewarding you with candy for doing things like returning unused toothbrushes. One of the best hotels I have been to. Staff were the best!! Would definitely return!”
