Awesome place to stay....huge beautifully maintained property with very well trained staff. Bikram from the restaurant was exceptional with his recommendations and services. The ambiance, the rooms, the decor, everything was perfect. I would highy recommend this place for people who want peace and entertainment together. Games area is also very good.. No need of going out & look for places to hang out, this place is a complete package. Big thumbs up to hospitality.

Reservation and onboarding is smooth and good. Thank you Roma and Shoaib. Rooms are comfortable and with good ambiance. Best thing in room is bathtub. Complimentary they have arranged balloons and cake for birthday. Food is really tasty but price is little costlier. They are providing indoor games, swimming pool and buggy service to travel to different places indoor.

One of the Superb Destination for gathering or chilling with your Family, Friends, Colleagues. The rooms are spacious with beautiful decor and amenities. Saya Grand Staff experience was wonderful as they greet each individual with due respect and a broad smile on face. Food was the best thing that adds value to the property. Must visit and experience. Had a wonderful a d memorable experience at Saya Grand, Thane

Best service and the location..there is a wow factor missing..can do better. There was a dj at the pool..the room windows should be sound proof. Had a great time with my family. Food quality and taste are very good. Service of the staff is excellent. Specially Bikram Mondal of the restaurant.

Extremely beautiful place with an even more warm and welcoming staff. Special mention- ***ish, Bikram And Rosul. There is a very earth vibe to the place and with property far spread , there are small golf carts that can take you from one place to another internally. This was best as my.mother is of age and it really helped . There are good food options and a well equipped bar were they offer hookah as well

Its a beautiful resort with a nice pool and pool side bar, multiple activities for kids too like VR zone, mini pool, badminton, cycle, quad scooter, basketball etc….We had a nice family stay and the staff : Sandeepan and team were overwhelming.

The restaurant experience was nice. Specially Mr. Bikram Mondal was very helpful, prompt and quick in serving food.The rooms were full of mosquetoes in summers...we literally had to call room service and get the whole room sanitized. The swimming pool experience was nice except that the pool was not cleaned properly even after telling the stagg a couple of times. Overall a good place to go.
