阿寒湖と摩周湖の間の弟子屈に立地して、移動に便利です。又森の中にあり緑一杯で温泉です。 食事も見た目もよく美味しいです。 こじんまりした家族経営の宿ですが、設備は整っており、コインランドリーもあります。 ただTVはありません。

弟子屈から川湯温泉に向かう途中の、国道から分け入った森の中にあります。 現在は定住されている方々が多いそうですが、元々温泉付き別荘地として分譲されたような一画です。評価が高いようなので、近隣に出向いた時に一泊してみました。 このペンションはテレビは無く、Ｗｉ－Ｆｉはありますが携帯電波は微弱です。静かでゆったりした雰囲気を楽しめない方は、ここは初めから選ばない方が賢明です。 ペンションとして決して安い方ではありません。ただ、夕食に出てきた洋食メニューの数々を見て、割高感は急速に薄れました。どこで修行されたのか判りませんが、ペンションの夕食というより、オーベルジュといって過言ではないレベルの料理だったからです。決して豪華な料理ではありませんが、地場の素材の味を生かしながら、いずれも出来立てを提供して頂きました。 もうひとつ、美留和温泉という単純温泉が掛け流されているのですが、この温泉がいいです。内湯は小さめですが、源泉抽入量が潤沢です。ドバドバと掛け流され浴槽から常時あふれ出ています。無色透明か、ほんの少しだけ何かの色がついているようにも見えます。お湯はやや熱めで何かの鉱物臭がします。露天風呂は対称的にぬるめで、源泉抽入量も少な目です。 ご夫婦と犬だけなので、若干手の廻らない所も見受けられましたが、これだけ料理と温泉が良ければ、多少の欠点は御愛嬌でしょう。接客応対も自然ですが、とても感じのいいものでした。 一泊して、評価が高い理由が頷けました。ただ、お酒を飲んで騒ぎたい方やご年配の方、普段旅館に泊まる事が多い方には、ちょっと合わないかもしれません。

晩秋の、雪の足音が聞こえる時期に来訪しました。 温泉のあるペンション、娘は乗り気ではありませんでしたが、清潔なお部屋と少人数の客室、森の中のロケーション、貸し切りのお風呂などで、すっかりお気に入りの様子。 露天風呂は気持ちよく、温泉には何度も入り放題。 食事もとても美味しくて、量も満足でした。惜しむらくは、手作りのシフォンケーキが生クリーム添えではなかったこと。そこが唯一の残念ポイントでした。 ご夫婦のとてもよいお人柄、適度な距離の取り方や次の訪問先へのアドバイスなど、とても良い時を過ごせたな、もう一泊したかったなと思える良いお宿でした。 また訪問したいと思います。

某サイトを通じて予約をしたのですが、宿から直接メールをいただきビックリ！ 当方、九州から行くので、熊にどれくらい気を付けたらいいのか？湖巡りにはどれくらいの時間・距離を要するのか？おすすめ／穴場の観光スポットは？などわからないことだらけで、メールでいろいろ教えていただき、旅行前からとても訪問を楽しみにしていました。 ご夫婦のお人柄もとても穏やかで、料理も本当においしく、量もちょうどよく、温泉も最高に気持ち良かったです。Wifiの状態もGood。コインランドリーがあったのも良かった。出発時には虫よけも使わせていただき、神の子池で虫にまとわりつかれずにとても助かりました。 惜しむらくは夫の仕事の都合がつかずに一人旅になってしまったこと。ぜひ、道東再訪の際には、また泊まらせていただきたいと思います。お世話になりました。
