Unless you are driving, DO NOT STAY HERE. Terzigno is an isolated town, an hour on the train from Naples. (And the last train leaves Naples at around 8pm, so don't expect to at least be able to have a nice evening out in Naples and then head back!) The accommodation itself is fine. The rooms are large, clean and the beds very comfortable. There are things that could be improved on; the shower was useless. A working fridge was essential given the poor food offering - but like the wifi, was not working.... The breakfast was very disappointing. The only items provided are a few cakes/'toast' (all in packets). Bottled juice (peach - no other flavours) was nice. There's a coffee maker in the kitchen which was left flooded by a previous user - the hotel owner/manager said the water just needed emptying. But there was no sink! Very helpful... So we went without. There is nothing fresh at all - no pastries, no bread, no fruit, no yoghurt. There are unbelievably NO TAXIS in the entire town. There is no mobile phone signal and the hotel wifi was not working..... so without a car you are really isolated. The guy who is at the other end of the whatsap number given out was a young bloke who spoke absolutely no English whatsoever. It was very difficult to communicate anything at all and pretty stressful. The property said in an email before we arrived that they offered airport transfers - so we said we would like one. They didn't even bother to reply. Overall, a disappointing stay and a stressful experience we wont ever be repeating.

Me and my daughter arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were met by a young man who could not speak English. He didn't offer to help with the heavy suitcase up the marble staircase, he couldnt explain where we could eat or shop. The hot water lasts for about 30 seconds, dont plan a shower there! The reception desk is not manned and when you ring the number provided you cannot get an answer so there is absolutely no help available for anything - quite scary in a foreign country!

Very smart hotel and the room, including bathroom, was superb. Staff on hand to assist with parking (remotely controlled entrance gates, off a busy street in centre of town). Breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of choice, and with no water in the coffee machine. Had to go to my room to get water for it. This is the sole reason for downgrading from a 5* review.

The guesthouse has beautiful and big rooms. We stayed in one called Capri. There was a small balcony and it had just one chair. It would be nice to have 2 chairs. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast very simple. Consisted of prepacked items and sweets. It would have been very nice to have some youghurt. In the breakfast room there was a fridge with juice and water. Not many restaurants were open in town maybe because it is not yeat tourist seeson. We found a supermarket that had a good selection of cheeces and meat, and another night we just ordered pizza.

I forgot to call ahead to tell them that i was arriving late, so a little stressful checkin. But once i got there, the father (in his pyjamas,lol) let me in! Thanks so much to him. I arrived at 10pm and there were what seemed like 100s of screaming teens in the square. It was a bit frightening. The telephone numbers on the ********** app were incorrect and came up dead andthere was no answer to the others that the ********** tried. This needs to be changed asap. Other problem was that the WiFi did not reach my room (Napoli)and was poor when it did connect in the breakfast room. Marked it down for this reason only. Anyway. Good things. Beautiful place. Obviously newly renovated and well designed and good quality. Perfect location for me and breakfast was included. It was great value and met all of my needs in the end.

We spent a lovely weekend here, I highly recommend it. It was close to everything we were interested in, very clean and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and it was not a problem. We would stay here again
