The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment that we entered. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The rooms and hotel are very clean.

Hotel organized in an impeccable manner, the thermal pools are excellent, the home cooking offers simple but excellent quality dishes. A special mention for Maitre Pietro, chef Mimmo and Fedele al bar, ideal holiday companions

we used a triple room for one night and all in all we had a good time. there was only the essentials but it was a clean room (which is by no means a given now). one flaw: the mini bar was broken. structure without too many pretensions, good breakfast and extremely kind and helpful staff. the agreements with some beaches are excellent where for a few euros you can take advantage of umbrellas and sunbeds and with the spa facilities where, always at ridiculously low prices, you can have relaxing thermal experiences, swimming against the current, etc. prices in line with the service offered

Esperienza rilassante e divertente per i bambini. La struttura anche se è un po'datata , presenta camere semplici ma pulite e comode. La ristorazione buona, cucina tradizionale e tipica del posto, con personale disponibile e gentile, soprattutto il signor. Michele! Vicino al parco termale , posto incantevole per il paesaggio naturalistico e caratteristico per le acque e i servizi termali. Buona l' animazione per i bambini che durante il giorno ci ha permesso di poter usufruire dei servizi di benessere (acquagym, idromassaggi, fanghi,ecc...). Complimenti agli animatori Giuseppe e Santa! Le serate trascorse tra spettacolino, musica live del grande Ivan , balli di gruppo per i grandi e babydance per i più piccoli .....Complimenti alla disponibile e gentilissima direttrice! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Cure eccellenti personale professionale e gentilissimo Il cibo più che ottimo e abbondante servito da personale gentilissimo Gestito magistralmente dal maitre Posto tranquillissimo è collegato bene con il mare dai bus messi a disposizione dalla struttura Il parco termale grande con le sue piscine Le attività mattutine con gli animatori , i giochi organizzati dagli stessi e gli spettacoli serali riempivano le giornate Con il nostro gruppo che arrivava dall’ Abruzzo siamo stati meravigliosamente bene E spero che l’anno prossimo ci torneremo

Bellissimo hotel immerso nel verde, dotato di tutti i comfort …. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso, con piscine termali tenute perfettamente , dove potersi rilassare e rigenerare. Il personale alla reception è gentile e affabile, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, camere ampie e pulite quotidianamente, l’hotel dispone di un servizio navetta per il mare e l’animazione diurna e serale. Il ristorante offre dei piatti deliziosi preparati dal cuoco Mimmo trentinella e in sala ad accogliere i clienti abbiamo trovato il maitre Pietro, una persona gentilissima ed affabile che coordina eccellentemente il personale , anch’esso sempre cordiale e disponibile. Una menzione speciale va alla Direttrice Valentina, che riesce a dirigere brillantemente l’hotel e tutto il personale, rendendo così il soggiorno piacevole e indimenticabile, insomma da 10 e lode!!! Lo consiglio vivamente

Ho provato il percorso SPA. Ambiente piccolo, ma accogliente. Gradevoli le vasche con acqua calda e fredda, il trattamento per la cervicale e la sauna. Più che un percorso è un unico ambiente. Diversi gli aspetti da migliorare: la receptionist si è rivolta all'ospite dandogli del tu, come a un conoscente di vecchia data; l'accompagnatrice non ha saputo fornire indicazioni sul funzionamento della cascata di ghiaccio (dice: "mi informo", ma sparisce); alla fine del trattamento la receptionist si è rifiutata di offrire un bicchiere di bibita fresca o un caffè (....!!!!), il manicotto della fontana della sauna ha funzionato male.
