Outstanding hotel and by far one of the best customer service one can get. The hotel location is very quite and relaxing in Yalova... The room was very nice and quiet. We were tired after a very long flight. Everybody quickly recognized what we need and offered help to us. All the staff were working really hard to meet our expextations. Definitely coming back.

We went there to escape the chaotic in Istanbul. This place us not too far from Istanbul and it's the perfect place for relaxing and re-charge your energy. The staff was very helpful , comfortable bed , and food was fantastic. The spa was relaxing and the thermal pool is amazing ( they have thermal water in the room as well in case you dont want to go to the pool) The place is in the real nature so you might see insects around but no worries the hotel staff would take care of it. They serve afternoon tea as well , it's not that fancy but was really nice. Hope you enjoy and unwind at this place.

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However, some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone, key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything, due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score. But my feedback is definitely not positive.
Thermal Saray Hotel & Spa Yalova

We were pleased with the service of the hotel thermal Palace we went to the family. We entered the hotel with staff ***flesh rhine and kind. It has a quiet position in the green. The hotel rooms were partly renovated during the pandemic period. The bathroom was renovated, but the room needs ground cover and the boxes in front of the TV. Thermal pool temperature is about 35 degrees. So my six-year-old daughter couldn't enter the pool. Even adults are coming to the water that is at the temperature that should be in the 10-minute intervals, so there is no mistake in the hotel for our water healing. The dinner is not suitable for children's families and those with heart problems. The dinner comes to your table as a fixed menu. I think their food was *** meat tasty. The breakfast was open buffet and *** meat satisfied. I recommend you to go to this hotel in the green for a short cure or to listen to the head.
