I stayed with my grand kids, the pool was closed. Which made us very sad. Idk if we will go there again. But, it was there late when we needed it.

Lots of cockroaches, no one at the front desk in the middle of the night, knocked on the door for a long time, only found talent through Ctrip housekeeper, scary (๑ó﹏ò๑)

This property has renovated updated rooms! It was very clean and nice. Every front desk person i encountered was very nice and respectful. If youre sensative to noise, there is some people that hang out talking loud who seem like theyre staying their for a longer term but other than that i have no complaints. It was a nice comfortable stay. My children felt comfortable so if they felt comfortable, it was great lol

I was not informed there was renovations happening on both sides of my room. From 8am to 7pm, including weekends.

Lots of transient wandering back and forth through property at all hours of night and early morning hours.
Property was under construction with big dumpsters in parking lot.
Room had cigarette burns on floor in bathroom. Towels had stains on them and mattress sunk down in places. Walkways had only god knows what kind of stains/stickiness and trash on them....
Check-in person was courteous and wi-fi worked....

Bathroom light was not working there were patches all over a/c very old falling apart hole in blanket and **** smell all over the room site wont let me upload pictures
