We enjoyed walking around the property taking in the rolling vineyard scenes with hot air balloons floating in the morning sky.
All of the staff were very polite; one gave my older sister a ride in the golf cart to her villa.
The spa atmosphere is serene.
I enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi.
The room and bathroom is very spacious.
We definitely would visit again!

Absolutely Fabulous!! Loved staying here ! So gorgeous , so beautiful, friendly staff ! Wonderful wine tasting . Giselle at the front desk was super nice ! Did not like that I have to request housekeeping though . It should be an automatic .

Went in for a weekend vineyard getaway. Decided to go for a villa and got a nice one in the corner. I acknowledge this is off season for the grapes. The patio balcony was beautiful with the view and some hot air balloons on the early AM. Regarding the property: completely overpriced and overrated. Besides its natural beauty, it has nothing else going for it. Very dated, cobwebs in my villa at the higher spots, old decor, etc. I almost expected a big box TV in the room! The GrapeSeed spa couples massage was a complete waste of money. Got the 50 min w $35 foot scrub add on. The entire treatment was about 50 min! You’d think an add on would add min but nope. The masseuse for me and the one for the wife just rushed through the whole process. I didn’t know what to feel at the end. I would not stay here again.

South Coast resort is amazing. If you want to get away for a night or a week. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They make the stay very comfortable and relaxing.

Our Villa was fabulous except for lack of an available microwave !
All of the hotel staff and drivers were so friendly and inviting except for our evening server at my B-Day dinner! Our bus boy made up for it with his delightful personality!!! He should have been the server!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!!

Beautiful setting in the Wine country, spacious room, comfortable bed. Room cleaning has to be scheduled one day in advance, which is not always possible. Restaurant lacked service and character. The New Years event organized by the hotel was lame.
