Lovely clean room. The bus stop qas right outside which made our trip so easy. The restaurant was nice. We had a massage chair in our room too and it was really nice. The shower was hot clean and a good strebtgh

The location is in Teltow, about 30mins drive to Berlin downtown. And the ground floor of hotel is the restaurant and bar. So a bit noisy if you are a sensitive listener.

The staff was very friendly and understanding and allowed free-of-charge late check-out. The room had a good heating/cooling system but no kettle. Very satisfied overall.

Lift didn’t work for 5 days. Not acceptable

Traveling solo, this was my first time in Berlin. This hotel is great, newly opened, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There's even a bathtub! The breakfast is plentiful, and the receptionist speaks excellent English. There's a bar in the evening with a great atmosphere. The only downside is that it's a bit far from city attractions, about a 40-minute to an hour drive. Buying a BVG pass is no problem.

The hotel has good facilities, a beautiful surrounding environment, and convenient dining and shopping options.

We recently booked four rooms at this hotel in Berlin. To our disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that early check-in would cost a surcharge of 50% of the room rate, while we had never been informed of this by telephone in advance. We called three times and were not told about these additional charges during each call. After a long journey of 7 hours from Rotterdam, this was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, an additional charge was requested for everything. We request the management to communicate more transparently about such charges!!

Very good, good environment, good service, good breakfast. A very good choice, I heard that there are wealthy areas around. Recommended to those in need, good in all aspects.

Everything was very clean again. Nice staff at reception and in the service. I like being here and will come back.
