I didn't take any photos, but this hotel is equivalent to a better guest house in China in the 1990s. The air conditioner is wall-mounted, it's noisy, and all the facilities are outdated. There is not much to eat at breakfast. The only thing that can be rated as a five-star hotel is that the service is good.

Really enjoyed my stay at Ascott place . The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Special mention to Ms Amrita and Mr Robin working in front office area who were very welcoming to me. The facilities throughout the hotel are excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting to stay in this hotel.

Had a wonderful experience at Ascott Palace. The rooms are clean and nice. Ambience of restaurants are cozy, they do have two restaurants, one is Japanese restaurant. The staffs are very professional and helpful, specially I would like to mention Ms amrita for her kind corporation towards my family. They really took care of everything we asked for. Their laundry service is quick. We would like to come here again.

Would recommend this hotel great staff very committed to good customer service. International food available. Nice safe location. Rooms are spacious with ample storage space. Room Cleaning service and laundry were fantastic. Hotel are is close to Gulshan, which can find many good restaurants and shops.
