We recently stayed at the Westin Resort and Spa near Rishikesh. The property is new and beautiful. It is nestled in the Himalayas with superb views of Rishikesh and Dehradun. We were alloted a suite, which was spacious and well made. The highlight of our stay was the food. This was well ***aged by the caring and efficient Chef Kamlesh. He deserves special mention for his efforts to help my wife with her special dietary needs. We noticed his passion in the dining area. Would also like to mention others who served us tirelessly and with a smile always. Lily, Kamal, Sagar, Aalam,and Priyanka Bhanage. Would also like to thank Ankit at the travel desk, who helped us with our trip to Rishikesh. So, in all a great experience at a beautiful resort in the Himalayas.

We stayed at the Westin for just one night but for me it was my favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk was helpful but the service and hospitality from the restaurant staff at Akasa was unmatched. We had the pleasure to have the same server Anuj at night and during the day and he treated our whole family with care as though he was a part of it. The whole time there was not a need that went unmet and the hospitality was magnificent. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and Anuj has set a new standard for hospitality and care and in my mind deserves all the accolades possible.

A beautiful property nestled in the Himalayas. A top notch hospitality and mouthwatering food with every dish cooked to perfection!!!! Worth coming back again. Do try the local delicacies and Thai food in Toya. The cocktails and evening high tea with Ganga Arti was a pleasure

There is stink in the balcony. There is construction going on across the room which creating a huge noise. The view is pathetic. The staff is untrained and stupid. In no way is it value for money or even worth visiting. Quite a shoddy experience.

The ambience of the place was so glamorous, that i could not took my eyes of it, Pizza u order there is freshly baked, their service is so friendly. If you need peace and relaxation u must visit and have their aura in you. The infinity pool at the hotel offered breathtaking experience, seemlessly blending with the horizon for an illusion of endlessness.

The food was amazing and the staff of the bar was amazing. The cocktails served were amazing and the comfort while having the drinks were so awesome. As it was cold outside, they offer you a shawl so that you can enjoy the drink with warmth. The rooms were hygienic and specially the pizza; the dough and the base are made there itself and freshly served!

Fantastic stay !!!. My stay at The Westin resort & Spa, Himalayas was a delightful and peaceful escape. The infinity swimming pool offered stunning views, while the gaming zone provided endless entertainment.The spa services were rejuvenating, relaxing massages, and tranquil ambience, creating an oasis of relaxation. The food was exquisite, with a diverse menu that tantalized my taste buds. Even the cocktails were expertly crafted and paired perfectly with the delicious cuisine. The attentive team ensured prompt and efficient service, exhibiting exceptional hospitality with their interactive and helpful demeanor. Truly commendable. A truly wonderful experience, where every moment was filled with indulgence and enjoyment. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Westin is known for heavenly spa and bed. However this resort is heavenly in everything. From the welcome to the check out everything was seamless. The staff is friendly and takes care of their guest nicely. Spa was amazing as it should be, however the experience of spa was full of positivity and calming. Food is good,missed trying Toya but we will be back soon and try it.

Me and my wife checked into the Marriott Himalayas today for our anniversary. It's a new hotel at a good location. However the service is miserable. Starting from checkin experience that took forever. 2 different confused staff kept approaching and lacked any coordination/ context. After a painful check-in we were hungry and headed to the their restaurant Akasa for lunch. For 20 minutes no one came to our table. When I went and complained to the ***ager, he sent someone who left menus on the table. Again kept waving at folks for taking out order The waiters had a 0 fcuks given attitude. I have been a loyal Marriott customer for several years with 600+ nights. Had expected better from the GM Amardeep. Would advise folks visiting this part of the country to give this one a skip and instead head to JW Marriott Mussoorie. That is several notches above this property
