The hotel is a bit old and the room facilities are shabby. The commercial facilities around the hotel are far away and not very convenient. The room on the north side has a wide view, with a mountain view, and the golden sunshine after the snow, which is very beautiful.

The location is a bit out of the way, but overall it is relatively clean and the surrounding area is relatively close to Darband

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. The breakfast is very good, the security is good, and the transportation is convenient. It is more convenient to call a taxi.

The room type did not match the reservation at check-in. There were no windows in 603 and there was an onion smell in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff responded quickly. Easy to take a taxi. It is recommended to stay, but to avoid the transformation of the 6th floor loft room, no window depression.

One of the best hotel in Tehran. Very clean. Very close to city center. Very kind workers. Next time i will stay here again

Advantages: Very cost-effective, compared to other hotels in the same price range, it is really not as good as West Mofu. The room was very tidy and although not very big, it was enough for 2 people. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, and there are really many varieties of food to choose from! Disadvantages: It's a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station!

I loved this hotel. Everything was fine from the beginning & the staffs were very professional with decent English language skills. Breakfast was also good for the price, therefore I recommend this hotel for anyone who comes from Europe.
