small mgmt team. 2 house keepers joyce+ 1 more lady and 2 counter staff: sharifu (day shift) balana(night shift) running.  no telephone in hotel room and communication through whatsapps if they are not at counter. very responsive when i told them i wanted a change of comforter as got stain and 2 came over to change immediately. super service👍😊

Walking distance to Aeon tebarau, hero market and lotus. If Toppen and ikea required to cross the overhead bridge other wise grab to any of this places is only 5-6Rm per short trip.

The room was spacious, clean and overall very comfortable. Noise levels were generally acceptable but one downside was that sounds carried quite easily. You could hear doors slamming from units quite far and even vibrations from a phone from next door which was a bit confusing at times as it felt like it was coming from my own phone.

Disappointing , would not recommend. We were woken up in the middle of the night by my nephew, who spotted bed bugs on the bed. To our horror, it appeared to be an infestation, and by then, we had already been bitten. We immediately informed the receptionist and were moved to another room, which seemed slightly newer and better maintained. It was clear that our original room was older and not properly taken care of. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of apology or any form of compensation from the hotel. For such a serious issue, the response was extremely disappointing.

good location, just behind aeon tebrau mall. Surroundings still have toppen and lotus, very convenient for massage, food and shopping

I didn't have much expectation after seeing other reviews, however, it's not so bad, bedsheets are clean, spacious room, staff are friendly. Do bring your own toiletries. Bed is a bit soft, it's better to get Twin bed instead of King bed. Location is close to Aeon, and can use the overhead bridge to crossover to Toppen. Overall, a good short stay.

The Hotel is near Tebrau Aeon and Toppen, very convenient for us to watch movie at Night, but the lighting and the cleanliness can be better.

The room is good. Clean and the counter service is friendly. Easy to find foods. Restaurant and shopping mall is around the place. Looking forward to stay here again. Recommended.

Simple and basic hotel; nothing fancy but good enough for proper rest. Location is opposite ikea so good for shopping

Great location as it is near Toppen mall and aeon. Manage to see fireworks on first day of new year. Worthwhile to come back to this hotel as it is very spacious.

Fantastic location, just next to Aeon Shopping Mall. Very convenient to go for food hunting and shopping. The only thing not good is the non smoking room have smell of cigarettes.

Hotel is within walking distance to Aeon Tebrau about 10 min. There is a water cooler along the corridor.
