The park is in a great location on the lakeside. The staff were also very helpful and polite during such a busy time of year.

Everything was very good and uncomplicated. Parking was very close so also very convenient.

Unit is without much insulation so it's very cold at night even though it's summer time now.

The location is perfect. It’s right beside the lake and it’s about 2-3 mins drive from the city centre. The room is tidy and roomy enough for me and my frd. Will recommend people staying when visiting Te Anau.

It was a pleasant stay just the fact that the heater in the room wasn’t working. Called the staff and they came with a portable heater as a replacement - the response time was so short and I greatly appreciate it:) Downside, the kitchen utensils were a little less, unless we rent an entire basket from the reception. Overall, my stay was pleasantly pleasing, thank you!

It's a comfortable stay there three nights.

The receptionist didn't inform us about how we can get cooking utensils. It's hard to find kitchen in that area.
