There is no elevator, so you have to walk upstairs, which is not very friendly to those with limited legs and feet. The service is nothing to say, you can help order takeout, take a taxi...

Very good value for money and great service. Because it is run by a Chinese owner, the overall health standards and service quality are in line with domestic standards. There is a young lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese and has no barrier to communication throughout the process. The waiter was very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage throughout the process. The service was very patient. I would like to thank the hard-working and kind-hearted people in Malaysia for their dedication and efforts. The decoration of the hotel is my favorite style, comfortable and elegant. The tiles and everything are newly renovated. Since diving in Semporna, it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to most piers, which is very convenient. There is a super delicious local specialty restaurant downstairs called Summer Breeze Cafe. The toiletries are the same as in China. They are changed every time. I will stay here again with my family in the future. Just great.

I really recommend this hotel. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. The room is cleaned every day. There is a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk, and there is no problem in communicating in simple English! A casual photo of the hotel’s appearance is very unique!

It’s good. I recommend it to everyone. The boss is responsive to all requests. The clothes left in the store were also taken to the country by the boss.

Semporna is pretty good. There are generally no good hotels in small towns. Even breakfast is too simple.
