Hotels near Ilkhom Theater in Tashkent

Like it very much! The boss is young and promising, warm and thoughtful, and the service is very good; the hotel is in a good location and has convenient transportation; the room is clean and hygienic; the hotel breakfast is very good, including Chinese food!

I was in Tashkent in October 2022. I chose this hotel because the rooms have quite a large area and the price is not very high. At that time there were almost no other cheaper options, and all of them had very small rooms. Initially booked the hotel for 3 days to understand whether it would suit me, but planned to live 1-2 week in Tashkent, and then fly to Dubai. As a result, the hotel did not arrange me, and therefore did not extend it. The main reason is very bad Wi-Fi. It is quite unstable, constantly disabled. Speed changes greatly during the day. Late night and night work fast (probably at this time few users) and the rest is very slow. I had to broadcast the daytime, so for me it was critical. Mobile Internet (try Ucell and Bilaine) didn't help, speed and stability too are insufficient. The second minus is the location. The hotel is far from the city center. So go to the center for quite a long and far (but cheap - Yandex taxi in Tashkent is cheap). And many deliveries of food refuse to deliver to the area. The room is spacious. In general, the hotel is beautiful. Furniture in the room is erased, but it is not critical to me. On sound isolation - in the room I have never heard neighbors. Sometimes airplanes are heard because there is an airport nearby, but it didn't bother me. And sometimes you hear muezin, but too quite quiet. The room is blackout curtains, so if you close the curtains, the room is dark, sleep well. Small minus - very small safe. It has a huge hardness to enter even the iPad (you have to insert it under the corner and put it in a tilted position on the wall). The last day the hotel turned off the light for a few minutes. The air conditioner is periodically broken (2 times in 3 days), it needs to be re-enabled in the shield. In October the room is quite cold, but if the air conditioner is put on heating, it turns out normal. On breakfast there are many different dishes, everything is delicious. Especially liked the puffed pancakes. Maintenance and cleaning everything is good. Cleaning 1 times a day. On the last day I picked up another hotel, but saw that there was a cheap direct ticket to Dubai, and flew there :) Plus: - spacious rooms - quite quiet - price - good breakfasts Minus: - very bad Wi-Fi, not suitable for work - location - Far from the center, there are not many deliveries - a small safe of Over: The hotel is not bad, but next time I will look for in the center and with a better Wi-Fi.

We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

ПЛЮСЫ - Отель новый 😊 - Очень доброжелательный персонал! Пытались помочь во всем. - Ресторан на завтраках - Хорошие завтраки! В отзывах писали о кофе. Кофе есть, хороший, из кофемашины, разумеется бесплатно. Выбор чаев в пакетиках 7-8 сортов. Жарят яичницу и омлет, можно добавить наполнитель по вкусу. Очень много фруктов, сладостей, выпечки, сухофруктов, орешков и пр. Голодные не останетесь! (ну или надо очень привередничать). - В номерах Чайник, чашки, каждый день добавляют чаи (черный и зеленый), кофе растворимый, сахар, вода бутилированная каждый день по 0,5 на человека. - В номерах люкс (двухкомнатных) есть кухонка, плита, мойка,даже кулер с водой. По запросу дадут тарелки-ложки-ножи-мисочки! - Во всех номерах есть мини холодильники. Все покупки требующие охлаждения есть где хранить! - Номера достаточно просторные. В каждом номере кроме огромной кровати есть два кресла и стул со столом. - В отеле есть филиал банка, но с рублями они не работали. Остальная валюта – welcome. - В отеле не курят!!!! (в отличие от многих заведений Ташкента). - Рядом большой рынок – можно удобно купить гостинцев и нести недалеко! Напротив рынка, аптеки и алкомаркеты (для страждущих). - Ночной администратор, Азиз, очень приятный парень. Помог решить много неприятных моментов, от жуликоватого таксиста, до момента выезда. Видя, что у меня разболелась спина от прогулок, разрешил сдавать номер в день выезда не в 12-00, а в 15-00, как раз к такси. Огромное ему спасибо! Очень чуткий человек! МИНУСЫ - Отель новый ☹ это и минус тоже. Ещё не все косяки от строителей исправлены. Пример, в унитазе встроенное биде. Но тот, кто крепил ёршик в номере 301, не особо думал о трубах в стене и, крепя его к стене, просверлил её. Когда вода подается в биде, она же течет и стены в месте крепления ёршика унитаза. - Кондиционеры. Они есть в каждом номере. Но за неделю косяки с их работой были дважды. Боюсь это каждый раз был фактор человеческих рук, зачем то полезших в систему. Но при жалобах – пытались быстро исправлять. - В номерах угловых очень вайфай. Он есть, но постоянно пропадает. Особенно удивило, что часть ТВ каналов зависят от наличия WIFI. - Огромная кровать с оооочень жестким матрасом. Забота о здоровье спин гостей? Но спать было удобно, мы быстро привыкли - На солнечной стороне отеля окна лучше не расшторивать, за день прогреется так, что не охладите очень долго. - Ресторан A la Carte. Если к завтракам, реально, претензий нет, то обеды и ужины повару не удались. Готовит кто угодно, но не повар. Может и портит любые блюда. На комментарий официанту, что блюдо плохое. Получили ответ: хорошо. Поправили, нет, мол, это плохо. Официант согласился, - плохо. Всё. Счет без изменений. Больше не обедали там ни разу, а было бы удобнее. - Южная сторона отеля выходит на электроподстанцию, на нижних этажах есть небольшой гул от трансформаторов. Спать нам это не мешало ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЕ - Создалось впечатление, что отель запускали сразу после постройки, а косяки должны были оттестировать постояль

In all fairness, the location of the hotel is very good, especially suitable for travelers who arrive in Tashkent by plane at night and have to train to other cities the next morning. I myself went to Samarkand early the next morning. But the location is not ideal for those who travel deeply in Tashkent, and it is still a little far from the city center. There are all kinds of food and shopping around the hotel. The service is great. The little brother is fluent in English and enthusiastic. The room is large, with complete facilities and very clean. It is a very good hotel!

As far as the overall level of Tashkent's overall hotel is concerned, Ramada is at a mid-to-high level, and the soundproofing facilities in the lobby, restaurant, and room are still good. In terms of price and hotel positioning, there are many shortcomings. The first is that the room facilities are old, and there is never a plug at the head of the bed; the standard room is too small, and a box is placed on the floor. There is basically no place for feet on the floor; the design of the toilet also has big bugs, the washbasin is super small, and it is always blocked by the door. To; the hotel restaurant has extremely low prices. In the off-season, it can be seen that many breakfasts are not fresh overnight. Ordering alone is not delicious, and the level of the cook is not as good as any restaurant on the street.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

The hotel management is very unprofessional, you are withdrawing money, entering the password, the hotel cleaner is standing next to you and chatting with you all the time, as if the hotel belongs to another family, there is no sense of boundaries (who knows if you are here to grab Money?) 2. I have already checked in. When I went out, they came into the room to deliver things at night... I was shocked when I came back, and it was scary. In fact, no one answered when I knocked on the door. Just leave the things at the door. If someone I'm sleeping, did you open the door and go in if you didn't respond? What if someone else is in ML? 3. The location of the hotel is very bad. There is a supermarket nearly one kilometer away. When you go out, you have to pass through a very dark and scary alley, which is quite dangerous 4. The hotel is divided into two blocks. If you go to have breakfast in Block 2, you have to take the elevator...there is a long way to go 5. There are also excellent places: the hotel gym is the best among all hotels of this level in Tashkent, with a full range of equipment! Holidays are great! ! ! Breakfast is better than Hilton Hampton, but not as good as Marriot courtyard.

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.
