Diamond Hotel Tashkent

Friendly staff, especially Manager who provided lots of assistance to us. Breakfast is very good. Wide spread of quality food. Price is high, but breakfast made up and justified it. Room on ground floor. So save us having to carry luggages up.

Remarkable hotel with a good reception and an excellent location. The staff is responsive and attentive to all the guests' needs and the ambience is definitely relaxing.

There are better hotels in Tashkent. 1. The hotel is far from the city center. 2. The room is poorly equipped; there’s no kettle, so you have to go to the water cooler for hot water. There are no additional light sources either. There’s no tea or coffee in the room, just bottles of water. 3. Even though the hotel is in a quiet area, the bed creaks and you can’t get a good night’s sleep. The nightstand in the room is wobbly, too. 4. The room isn’t cleaned; they just left some water and that’s it. 5. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

It was a good experience. The room was big & comfortable.

In the booking confirmation stated we able to check in at 10am but the hotel staff told us we only can check in at 2pm. Hotel room and foods were okay.
